This tastefully refurbished semi-detached farmhouse is situated within a small farm setting, believed to date back over 700 years.

Within the Chambercombe Valley you will be a short stroll to the historic Chambercombe Manor and tea rooms. The town of Ilfracombe is a 20 minute stroll away (please note the return journey is quite steep) and offers a choice of shops, restaurants and pubs with a beach, theatre, aquarium and harbour for fishing trips and day trips to Lundy Island aboard the Oldenburg. There is much to see and do in North Devon with attractions including Watermouth Castle, Valley of The Rocks, Lynton Cliff Railway, Arlington Court and a choice of long sandy surfing beaches.

All properties are furnished and equipped to a high standard including some handmade soft furnishings, original artwork and antique furniture. Outside: use of communal grounds. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. 2 dogs welcome. Additional info: breakfast and family meals can be purchased from the main farmhouse (by arrangement). Location: beach, shops and pubs all within 1 mile.

Lounge: large room with TV, DVD and woodburner (logs available from owner at a small charge). Kitchen/diner: with cooker, microwave and access to patio area via kitchen door. Utility room: with washing machine and fridge/freezer. Outside: private patio area with seating.
