Frontline 2 bedroomed apartment with the most amazing views in the town - uninterrupted views of Wildersmouth Beach, Capstone Hill and the Welsh coast. Enhanced by a wonderful large decked terrace. A perfect place to watch the sun set over the sea and to sip a glass of wine.

The master bedroom has an ensuite shower, there is another small bunk bedroom. The lounge has two 2-seater settees, one of which converts into a double bed. The apartment also has a separate bathroom and toilet. 

The kitchen is modern and has all you would expect and it opens into the conservatory where you can breakfast overlooking the terraces and the sea views.

The lounge/diner is airy and light with fantastic views of all the bustle of the seafront, it has French doors leading onto the decked terrace making it a lovely area to relax in. You can sit all day and enjoy the seaside atmosphere from you own apartment.

Our Terms and Conditions

Linen and Towels: There is a charge of £10/person/week, please indicate if you wish to bring your own.

Payment: We request a non refundable deposit of 25% at the time of reservation, the balance to be paid 4 weeks before the start of the letting period. If booking within the 4 week period, please send the full amount with your reservation.

Conditions: We shall accept your booking providing that the party does not exceed the agreed number at any time during the letting period. The cottage must be vacated before 10:00am on the day of departure. Please do not arrive before 3:00pm as this allows us time to clean between lettings. We trust, however, that you will leave the cottage in a reasonable state.

In the event of cancellation the deposit will be retained so we would advise you take out holiday insurance to cover unforeseen events.

Booking: If you wish to make a reservation please email with details of the cottage you would like to rent, your name, address and telephone number, the dates required, the number of people and pets in your party and any special requirements such as a cot. A deposit can be paid by VISA OR MASTERCARD by telephoning 01271 864679.

Ilfracombe is a small seaside town in North Devon, the South-West of England. It is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, close to the National Park of Exmoor where the Bristol Channel meets the Atlantic Ocean. A few miles from Woolacombe beach and the stunning South West Coast Path runs right through Ilfracombe.

"Breathtaking views"
