Cherub Cottage - 18th century fisherman's cottage built on three floors - a really traditional seaside home.

Situated in the hub of the old town/ harbour area of Ilfracombe. In Fore Street which links the harbour area to the main town and is full of lovely places to eat!! In the summer there are tables out in the road a real fun atmosphere plus the occasional street market. So the place to be

2 bedroomed - a double with a 4 poster and en-suite shower room and the feel of a Captain's Cabin. A twin and a futon in the lounge for a 5th guest. There is also a full size bathroom.

Large lounge and a kitchen diner - all full of character with the feel of a Captain's House as well as being the home to many Cherubs!!

Less than a minutes walk from the harbour beach and the coastal path.

Visit the fisherman's homes still in the street and buy fresh live lobsters & crabs to cook in your own holiday home!! All caught of the rocks just a few minutes from the harbour.

Verity - Damien Hirst's famous statue which guards are harbour just around the corner as are many art galleries including one own by Damien.

Set in Fore Street which links the town with the harbour area . The road is one way and for access only ,you can drive down and park to unload at any time. We do provide a parking permit for our off road parking on the seafront 5 minutes stroll along the Promenade from Cherub Cottage.

Situated in the bustling area just off the harbour in the oldest part of the town. Fore Street is full of friendly pubs serving great bar-snacks and a good choice of restaurants right on your doorstep!! Lots of places to eat outside.

You can sample, French, Italian & Spanish as well as wonderful freshly caught shellfish all within minutes

Linen and Towels: There is a charge of £10/person/week, please indicate if you wish to bring your own.

Pets £20 per visit

Payment: We request a non refundable deposit of 25% at the time of reservation, the balance to be paid 4 weeks before the start of the letting period. If booking within the 4 week period, please send the full amount with your reservation.

Conditions: We shall accept your booking providing that the party does not exceed the agreed number at any time during the letting period. The cottage must be vacated before 10:00am on the day of departure. Please do not arrive before 3:00pm as this allows us time to clean between lettings. We trust, however, that you will leave the cottage in a reasonable state.

In the event of cancellation the deposit will be retained so we would advise you take out holiday insurance to cover unforeseen events.

The Devon region

A great holiday location, really in the hub of the holiday area.

Fore Street is the road of restaurents with traditional pubs serving great snacks, down to Italian, Spanish Tapas, French style and great places for fish right on the doorstep! The bustling harbour is one minutes walk away.

Ilfracombe

Ilfracombe is becoming the place to eat with Damien Hurst's very special harbourside tapas bar and restaurent where you can sample great food and great art 2 minutes walk away.

A great place for a traditional seaside holiday !!
