Some of Ilfracombe's attractions are its aquarium, theatre, cinema, many cliff-top walks, Tunnels Beaches, Damien Hirst's harbourside restaurant, the Tarka Trail, fishing trips, swimming pool and golf course, many of which are within walking distance of the property. Other year round attractions close by are the Exmoor National Park, National Trust Arlington Court, many beaches ideal for bathing or surfing and Watermouth Castle to name but a few.
The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king-size double, en-suite bathroom with whirlpool bath, shower attachment and WC. 1 smaller twin bedroom. Shower room: with WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: spacious 30' area with uninterrupted sea views, TV, DVD, Xbox with games and woodburner. Kitchen area with cooker, microwave, large fridge, separate freezer and dishwasher and hi-fi. Utility room: with washer/dryer and sink. Outside: private balcony with sea views and table and chairs (care to be taken). Amenities: private parking outside the apartment for 1 vehicle which is essential in high season due to limited availability in Ilfracombe. Bed linen, towels (not beach), electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking or pets. Location: harbour, pubs, shops, restaurants and beach all within walking distance.
