The property has a large living room, newly decorated and furnished with corner sofa and large cuddle chair, electric fire and widescreen tv with FULL sky package. Spacious fully equipped kitchen diner with six seater dining table and chairs, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer and large tv with freeview channels. There is also a very handy downstairs cloakroom.

Upstairs there is a master bedroom with king size bed and small en-suite shower room, a twin bedded room and a small double bedroom as well as a modern family bathroom.

To the rear of the property is a fully enclosed yard/patio area and to the front of the property there is private parking for two cars.

The Town centre, seafront and harbour are within very easy walking distance. A fantastic location on the spectacular North Devon Coast in the picturesque seaside and harbour town of Ilfracombe,

The ideal holiday location from which to enjoy this lovely area.. In summer the Lundy Island ferry runs from the harbour, and it is the ideal spot for sea fishing enthusiasts.

If not exploring the `The Lanes' or `Tunnels' beach, then you could visit the lovely 18th century Bicclescombe Park with Water Mill, tennis courts, childrens play area and boating pond, situated only a short stroll from your accommodation. There are many scenic coastal walks, including the South West Coastal Path and the famous Tors Walk, and Ilfracombe has an excellent selection of pubs, lovely restaurants and quayside shops along with a swimming pool and famous Landmark Theatre.

This is a great base for touring, with superb surfing at nearby Croyde and Woolacombe and the unspoilt wild open moors of Exmoor National Park close by. The Victorian cliff railway at Lynton and Lynmouth are within easy reach and the area has many family attractions including Exmoor Zoological Park, fun filled Watermouth Castle and Combe Martin Wildlife & Dinosaur Park, all excellent choices for a family day out.
