About the home

High standard construction materials; Nice decoration; 2 gardens approx. 5000 sq/ft, with flowers and fruit trees (Fig trees, Grapes... .

Old style, with high standard materials. The salon has got wooden interior making it looks cosy. There are 2 log fire inside the main building.

Nicely furnished with high quality sofas. The first beach at a quarter of a mile, largest beach at 3 miles, 8 minutes walking to the nearest beach. A supermarket is at 100 m (2 min walking). 3 free car parking are at less than 200 m from the house.

We prefer you arrive in the place not during the week-end, to avoid the heavy traffic jam of the saturday (july and august only), if you can.

Charente-Maritime is surrounded by the departments of Gironde, Charente, Deux-Sèvres, Dordogne and Vendée and has a mild, pleasant climate with a lot of sunny days in a year.

It is a popular holiday destination amongst tourist and the places of interest are: La Rochelle, Royan, Saintes, St Jean d'Angely, Rochefort, Île d'Aix, Île de Ré and Île d'Oléron.

Beaches are clean and some of them are developed for naturists only. You will find a lot of cycling and walking paths and will be able to admire the beauty of the region.
