Ibiza has a weather statistic of 300 sunny days per year. Its turquoise sea waters, golden sandy beaches and world famous macro dance clubs (Space, Privilege, Amnesia...) make Ibiza one of the most popular all seasons tourist destination.
The Ibiza Town area
The apartment its in a very good location. It has all amenities at a door step. Is only 10 min walk from the Port where the Town’s night live vibrates with lots of bars, restaurants and clubs. 2 min walk from Figueretes, the town’s beach and 200m from a highway that takes you out of the city and allows you to discover the rest of the Island. A huge public parking just opposite the penthouse makes it easier to park your car if you have decided to get lost in some of the uncountable paradise like beaches.

We stayed at this apartment over the bank holiday weekend in August 2011. We wanted somewhere that gave good access to Ibiza Town (Eivissa) but wasn't quite as loud and brash as San Antonio. This apartment was perfect. The beach at the bottom of the road was very pleasant and the apartment itself was furnished to a high standard and well maintained. The only complaint that we had was that the bedrooms are not air conditioned; we stayed in August which is the hottest part of the season. |
