Cosy and bright 2 bedroom penthouse in Ibiza town, with 2 big outdoor furnished terraces, 200m from Figueretes, the nicest Town beach. All amenities at a door step.15 min walk from Port (very good night live there). Central Bus stop nearby that takes you to the rest of the island. If you have a car easy access to the highway that allows you to discover the rest of the beaches and clubs.

The apartment its in a very good location. It has all amenities at a door step. Is only 10 min walk from the Port where the Town’s night live vibrates with lots of bars, restaurants and clubs. 2 min walk from Figueretes, the town’s beach and 200m from a highway that takes you out of the city and allows you to discover the rest of the Island. A huge public parking just opposite the penthouse makes it easier to park your car if you have decided to get lost in some of the uncountable paradise like beaches.

Easy jet, Ryan air, British airways, Iberia, Vueling, KLM....and many more airlines takes you straight to its International Airport. Penthouse is 10m drive from airport (7 to10€ taxi rate). Busses also available. East from the airport and on the town’s west side. Only 200m from the beach and with a nice view of the Town’s historic castle.

“Good Location, Good Value” We stayed in the apartment for a long weekend in August and found that it suited our requirements very nicely. The beach at the end of the road wasn't too busy, plenty of places to eat nearby, good taxi/bus transport points and we even managed to park our hire car right outside without any issues. It was a good base to operate from, without the noise of the tourist masses! The place was clean, tidy, with everything we needed and Alberto the owner was very helpful when I booked. I would definitely return here as between four of us, we felt we got good value for money. Hope to return in 2014, so we can make it during opening hours to what looked like an amazing bakery on the ground floor of the apartment block!

“Excellent location and great value for money” We travelled to Ibiza in July 2012 and found the flat in a most convenient location. A 2 minute walk from Figueretas beach and easy bus connections to most other beaches from right outside the front door of the building! The owner, Alberto, was easily contactable by telephone and was very accommodating with our travel plans. He arranged for safekeeping of our luggage until check-in time as we arrived very early in the morning with the overnight ferry from Barcelona. All necessary amenities from cutlery and crockery to bed linen and towels were also provided. There is a great balcony with table and chairs where we enjoyed breakfast on most days. Unfortunately only one room (living room) is air-conditioned, but there are fans provided for the bedrooms! When we returned to London, we realized that we had forgotten a Kindle (e-book reader) in the flat, and the owner was extremely helpful in returning it to us very quickly. Overall we had a great stay in the flat and would definitely stay there again!

“Excellent” We were delighted with this apartment. It is larger than the photos - it has a good size sitting room, large balcony and well equiped kitchen. The apartment is a 2 min walk from the supermarket and from a very nice beach (the nicest part of the beach on that strip I think). We were a young group of friends and we really liked this location as you are only a short journey from all the clubs/ bars but you can sleep at night time as the location is quiet. When I return to Ibiza I will rent this apartment again. Also Alberto is only a txt away if there are any issues which is great.

“A great base in Ibiza” We stayed at this apartment over the bank holiday weekend in August 2011. We wanted somewhere that gave good access to Ibiza Town (Eivissa) but wasn't quite as loud and brash as San Antonio. This apartment was perfect. The beach at the bottom of the road was very pleasant and the apartment itself was furnished to a high standard and well maintained. The only complaint that we had was that the bedrooms are not air conditioned; we stayed in August which is the hottest part of the season.
