The villa offers three bedrooms two of which are en suite, and a separate bathroom for the third room. Downstairs: Guest toilet, laundry room, modern fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs, stunning double height large living room, dining table that sits 8, sofas, TV, DVD, CD Player and internet access.

Large outside terrace with dining table also for 8, chill out area, sun loungers, shades. Beautifully well kept gardens, from where you can admire nice views to the sea and forest pine trees.

Electric gates to entrance as well as a double garage .

The villa is in a residential area and offers a modern and comfortable home for your holiday. Where you can have a relaxing day by the pool but still have all amenities close by.

It is a 5 minutes walk to the bus stop which takes you directly to Ibiza Town however car hire is still strongly recommended to do supermarket runs, and see the island and other beaches.

Please note that the owners live in a detached annex and will be on hand should you require anything.

Further details indoors:
The property will be cleaned prior to the rental period. Additional cleaning requested will be at an extra cost . Beach towels are also provided (free of charge). Should your stay be more than a week, the villa will be cleaned once a week.

Air Conditioning throughout the house will be an additional charge of 200 euros per week

Please note the villa is not suitable for young children as we have an open stair case in the living room and an adults swimming pool of 1.70 metres which is not gated.

The Ibiza region

Ibiza is an island with lots to offer from sunbathing in one of its many beautiful hidden unspoilt beaches, to non stop party life. July and August are Ibizas peak season and you will never be stuck for something fun to do as there are many places to visit and plenty of activities to do.

The villa is in a quiet residential area, the villa offers a modern and comfortable home for your holiday where you can have a relaxing day by the pool but still have all amenities close by.

It is a 5 minutes walk to the bus stop (which takes you to Ibiza Town), 10 minute walk to Talamanca Beach where you can find several beach taverns, cafés, supermarket and restaurants, 2 miles to the exclusive Marina Botafoch home to the famous Pacha nightclub, LIO (EX El Divino) nightclub the new Casino Hotel in this vicinity you will find more restaurants and a pharmacy, 3 miles to Roca Lisa Golf and 3 miles to the beautiful town of Eivissa and 7 miles to airport.

“A Fantastic Experience From Start to Finish” Before booking this villa we had made enquiries to numerous accommodations with varying levels of response, some replied with very little information as if they were not to bothered about our custom, some responded with a little information but were not flexible to our specific booking needs and some did not reply at all! However, Rafael (owner of Villa Martin 196) provided a supreme customer service throughout. From start to finish Rafael made our whole experience positively memorable, where prompt responses were provided for every aspect of our stay and any questions we had. We had previously rented a villa in Ibiza with not quite a good service so this was very important for us. Now onto the villa and what can I say, the villa is clean, modern, has a great layout and a great pool. Upon arrival Rafael showed us around and made us feel immediately at home and left us with a comfortable welcome to our stay in Ibiza. Our party was 3 x couples so it was great to have a separate bathroom for each bedroom where 2 bedrooms have en suite and 1 bedroom has a bathroom directly opposite. There is also a communal toilet downstairs. The lounge has huge full wall sliding doors, which gives a lovely bright lounge area, leading to the patio / pool area where dining tables and chairs are provided for eating out. The kitchen also has dining facilities as well as having double doors leading out to the patio / pool area which is great if preparing food for eating outside. Rafael also gave us the use of his BBQ and provided some coals, lighter and cleaned it the next day for us after use! One day he cooked some paella and gave us some while we sat at the pool. The pool has a circulation filter and I seen Rafael cleaning the surface with a net very early more than once but without disturbing us. The villa also has plenty of clean towels and linen and there is a washing machine and ironing board in the utility room for your convenience. As for location, Jesus is a 5 minute drive from Ibiza Town, Ibiza Town has upmarket restaurants and bars and is home to a few nightclubs including Pacha which we visited, it was less than 15 Euros in a taxi back to the villa. We did have a hire car which I recommend where ever you stay in Ibiza as the taxi service is very poor unless your out and about. There is a great beach just before you arrive at Ibiza Town which we visited for a relaxing bathe and swim. We drove to different areas and if we had a drink we just left the car and picked it up the next day. Rafael even took us to collect the hire car from club car parks which just shows how kind and accommodating he was. Nothing was a problem to him but I must emphasise that we had full privacy in the villa and if we needed directions to a club, shop or beach we just asked Rafael and he was more than happy to help. I guess you will probably get the idea that our visit to this villa was amazing and I would recommend it to all. If you select this villa you will not be disappointed. Thanks again, Luke
