The villa is in a residential area, the villa offers a modern and comfortable home for your holiday where you can have a relaxing day by the pool but still have all amenities close by.
It is a 10 minute walk to the bus stop which takes you direct to Ibiza Town however car hire is still strongly recommended to do supermarket runs, and see the island and other beaches.

Ibiza is an island with lots to offer from sunbathing in one of its many beautiful hidden unspoilt beaches, to non stop party life. July and August are Ibizas peak season and you will never be stuck for something fun to do as there are many places to visit and plenty of activities to do.
Ibiza Town area
The villa is in a quiet residential area, the villa offers a modern and comfortable home for your holiday where you can have a relaxing day by the pool but still have all amenities close by.
It is a 3 minute walk to the bus stop (which takes you to Ibiza Town), 10 minute walk to Talamanca Beach where you can find several beach taverns, cafés, supermarket and restaurants, 2 miles to the exclusive Marina Botafoch home to the famous Pacha nightclub, El Divino nightclub the new Casino Hotel in this vicinity you will find more restaurants and a pharmacy, 3 miles to Roca Lisa Golf and 3 miles to the beautiful town of Eivissa and 7 miles to airport.
How to get there
Easy jet, Thomson, Monarch fly regularly from England to Ibiza.
The villa is easily accessible from the airport in taxi which takes 10 minutes.
Car Hire strongly recommended.

Air conditioning will not be used for reservations that have received a discount.
Further details outdoors: Please note the villa is not suitable for children as we have an open stair case in the living room and an adults swimming pool of 1.70metres which is not supervised.

Conditions
When booking the villa a 50% deposit, signed returned contract and booking form is required, the further 50% along with a refundable security deposit of 1000 GBP or Euros to be 6 weeks before arrival.
