This is a brand-new luxurious apartment, situated between Figueretas and Playa D'en Bossa beaches, a mere 7-8 minute walk from the beach.
The residential complex is part of a gated development with 2 outdoor swimming pools, surrounded by beautifully well maintained garden and lots of greenery all around the inside of the development , which gives a very impressive visual effect once entering the complex. The terraces are facing lined trees and free parking for all the residents or visitors to park on the outside in front of the buildings
The development itself is in lovely white colour and is built to a high specification and attention to detail such as: silver looking (stainless steel fence and grey marble halls and steps inside the building, massive mirrors and beautifully maintained modern lifts to enter the floors (only 3 floors).
The apartment is on the first floor and can be reached by walking via the marble steps or by taking the lift.
The sea and the beach are within 280 meters from the development and a small view of the sea can be seen while standing on the terrace of the apartment. This makes the positioning of the building very desirable as it is very nice and romantic at night, great to relax but at the same time very close to the beach and the lovely Figuretes and Playa D'en Bossa palm laid promenade. If driving, by car it takes from 5-15 minutes to reach any of the lovely beaches in Cala Jondal or Salinas beach.

This is a perfect luxury apartment to rent for 2 couples or a family with children. This apartment is finished to a highest standard and consists of 2 double bedrooms:

DESCRIPTION OF THE ROOMS AND FACILITIES INSIDE THE APARTMENT:
•THE WHITE ROOM - double bedroom with spacious double bed in White with fully fitted wardrobe for 2 people to share comfortably. Everything is in White in this room (very spacious double bed in white, 2x white bedside tables with 2 x bedside white lamps, 100 percent linen curtains, also in white, 1x white cupboard with 3 shelves) .All the linens used for the beds and the towels that are provided and are included in the rental are good quality 100 percent cotton. This bedroom also has entrance to the terrace.
•THE GREY ROOM- next to the white room , also a double bedroom with 2x single beds in light Grey (size 120x 199cm which is very comfortable)(in comparison with a standard single bed which are normally size 90x 190cm) the 2 beds are very good quality, very comfortable and 2 people can sleep comfortably in this room. The room also has fully fitted wardrobe with two departments for 2 people to use. The room consists also a table with a bedside lamp and the curtains are continuation of the white room same white, 100 percent linen.
There is 1wc and shower room for use when 4 people sharing.
The location is very central and it takes 6-7 minutes drive to Ibiza town centre, or 3 minutes to drive to the beaches, Playa D Bossa or Figuretas beach.
If you are looking for a relaxing holiday and beautiful ambience in your apartment so that you and your partner or family can enjoy the lovely surroundings and interior of the apartment and have a great time in Ibiza, therefore this is the ideal place to spend your relaxing holiday.
The living room and one of the double bedrooms are facing the terrace which is long 15 meters. The terrace is very specious and after 6pm you can see a spectacular sunset from the mountains with all the lovely colours mixed with the sky. It is truly romantic and perfect for a cocktail on the terrace with chilled music from the music form the stereo.
The layout of the apartment is very functional, spacious, and the interior is been chosen with taste. It is truly modern and at the same time very classy in a since that offers very modern and up to date look and feel. The furniture is of good quality and very minimalist. The fabrics are good quality and give very soft and calm effect to the feel of the flat, such as the 100 percent linen curtains all around the flat, and 100 percent cotton fabrics for throws and cushions around the sofa and the beds.

STUNNING VIEWS FROM THE TERRACE- the terrace is facing a field with horses and mountains. On the inside entrance oft he building, while entering the complex of the apartments and walking to the entrance of the apartment , there are 2 rectangular swimming pools, very modern shower and spaces for sunbathing chairs for sunbathing. The surroundings are very calming and also very exotic with many palm trees and lots of greenery such as lovely flowers and the new well maintained garden.

The Balearic Islands region

It is great to visit many of the capitals huge range of shops, restaurants, theatre, art exhibitions.
Es Vive is within 10 minutes' walk of Figuretas beach. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes overlooking the sea in Figuretas and in Playa Den Bossa, which is renowned as the nicest and nearest touristic area for the British visitors on the island.This is where the famous club Space is situated and its very popular beach bars around the playa D Bossa beach.
There are many shops, bars and hotels in the area to visit. Many lovely restaurants that you can dine and fabulous bars to watch the sunset in the summer.

"Stunning apartment, best location, great owners, tottaly fabulous stay."
Stayed in this absolute stunning apartment twice, in July 2011 and June 2013 for 10 days with 3 of my friends. The location is wonderful as it is near to the beach and close to Ushuaia or any restaurants or bars in Fulgurates. We found the apartment very comfortable as the rooms are all spacious and very pleasantly decorated to its highest standards. The swimming pools were very handy although we could go to any beach within minutes from the location. Furgteremore we found extremely good that we could park the car infront of the building. Very safe place and very nice neighbourhood, would recommend to any nice people that would like to have a fantastic stylish holiday. The owners were exceptionally helpful and very nice. Total pleasure to stay here and maybe our best holiday ever fro the 4 of us that shared the place.
Thank you for making our stay wonderful Would deffinitely love to come back here in future and would recommend it highly to anybody!

"Perfect Girls Getaway"
Beautiful apartment situated a short distance away from Playa den Bossa, close to local shops and bus routes. We were able to happily make our way to the apartment from the airport and easily find a route to a number of places on the Island including Salinas beach, Ibiza Town and San Antonio. Very cheap bus fares and reasonable taxi fares. The apartment itself is immaculate and spacious and had everything we needed. Great and friendly service provided by owner. Our group of four girls very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.
