This new luxury 4 bedroom apartment is situated in Can Misses, which is only a short walk into Ibiza town and the D’alt Villa. The very stylish lounge has a DVD and CD system. There is a lounge with floor to ceiling glass windows, which gives a clear spectacular view to old Ibiza Town. The apartment also has a large terrace and dining area. Of the four bedrooms, the master has an en suite and the other bedrooms, share a shower room with WC and bidet. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances such as dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is also a separate laundry area with a washing machine. The apartment is fully air conditioned and access can be gained via the telephone security system. The private property is surrounded and looks down upon exotic gardens and a swimming pool area.

The Ibiza region
The location has it all – lots of beautiful beaches, activities and water sports, legendary nightlife, great shopping, restaurants, clubs and bars and game parks for all the family. Yet with all this to hand, it’s a quiet, secure spot. A car is not a must-have, but is recommended for exploring the island.
Ibiza Town area
Can Misses is a stunning development which is 200 metres from the borders of Ibiza Town and is a 15 minute walk into the heart of Ibiza where you can shop, dine in fine restaurants, explore the historical Dalt Villa, simply relax and watch the colourful world go by in one of the many bars and cafes or experience the world famous nightclub Pacha! You can also take the ferry to tranquil Formentera, Ibiza's sister island, with its beautiful white sandy beaches and turquoise sea, a recommended trip. There are many other beautiful beaches and hidden coves not far away on the island. The Saturday hippy market is just a short drive a way in Las Dalias. Our apartment has the use of exotic gardens and private swimming pool and children's play area. Can Misses is a short ride to all nightclubs in and around Ibiza Town like, Amnesia, Priviledge, El Divino and Space.
How to get there
There are many budget air lines that fly to Ibiza from the UK and Europe's major cities, i.e Easyjet, Thompson and Flybe,as well as the major airlines BA and Iberia. Once you have arrived in Ibiza it is only a short journey of 3km by car or taxi to the apartment which will only take 5 mins. Car hire is available at the airport with all of the major car hire companies there, i.e Hertz, Betacar and Avis just to mention a few,there is also a couple of local companies there and in Playa den bossa.
