About the home

Overlooking the south of the island this villa is the perfect choice for your holiday in Ibiza. Set across four hundred square metres including terraces the quality of the house inside and out is very high and it is in an ideal location. The property is set on three floors and is very well decorated with a touch of classic and rustic style.

The outside of the villa is beautiful - all the furniture used outside is of the highest quality, with a well kept garden surrounding the magnificent pool and sundeck area. With seating and chillout areas, terraces and balconies, A fantastic outside dining and barbecue area, with a professional kitchen also outside. For extra security, the Villa has an automatic gate.

Situated on the outskirts of the main town of Ibiza, the Villa is located in an exclusive residential area, within walking distance of shops, supermarkets, cafes and a 25 minute walk to the beach at Playa D'en Bossa. Close to Ibiza town, with a regular bus service into town where you will find the best shops and boutiques, stylish bars, delicious restaurants and the trendy world famous clubs. it is the ideal location for your Ibiza holiday, close to the action, but enough removed to be absorbed in your own private tranquillity.

There is one twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, on the lower level and a large laundry room and storage room.

Steps into the house lead you onto the first floor, where you will find a large, spacious lounge and dining area which leads you through onto the patio and down to the pool area. The open plan dining area has a beautiful wooden dining table and chairs. The lounge area has comfortable sofas with a large plasma television and DVD player to hand. The kitchen is modern with all the facilities you should require whilst away from hime, including a dishwasher. The kitchen also leads out onto the patio and the steps that lead to the swimming pool area. A storage room and a toilet room are on the first floor as well.

Upstairs there are three more bedrooms decorated in exquisite style and class, and each with their own en-suite bathroom, one with a double bed and private balcony and the two other rooms with a double bed and large shared terrace overlooking the pool.

Further details outdoors:
The villa has two outside areas the first one is in front of the house where there is a small garden on one side with a big drive for secure parking, you can walk from here along one side of the property (or through the house) and go into the back garden area, where the magnificent pool, wooden sunloungers, barbecue, outside dining area and professional outside kitchen are, this part is very generous in size and the pool 10 x 12 metres is surrounded by stoned floor with landscaped gardens all around.

The Ibiza region

Ibiza with 10 miles in width and 25 in length it is the perfect size. never too far from anywhere, with over a hundred beautiful beaches.

Don't forget to check out the Sunsets and the Sunrises.

We recommend taking an adventure up to the north of the island to see the fantastic views and amazing beaches.

Ibiza Old Town offers History with the Ancient Castle walls and the Cathedral, along with a museum with loads of history about the island.

The Ibiza Town area

Ibiza Town is the main city in Ibiza and offers many different attractions, depending on what you like on your holiday.

On the Port you can take boat trips and diving trips, and in the night time this is a very popular place people drink before going to the clubs.

The nearby beaches (Playa D'en Bossa is closest to Villa) is sandy and very very long, offering a part for families and a part for party people (the famous beach bar Bora Bora is located here). You will also find watersports and amusements here.

Vara De Rey is a main central road in Ibiza and is a good starting point for all you shopaholics, Ibiza has hundreds of Boutiques where you can find unique items and you will often see marquee’s assembled here on the many ‘fiesta’ days full of typical Ibizan food and wine to sample, or hand made original crafts and art.

Apart from that there are Many delicious Restaurants and of course the big clubs, Pacha, El Divino, Space and DC10 are all in the area.

“Perfect in every way” When i was looking to book my holiday this was the first villa that i saw and even though we looked at others we always came back to this one. Villa is ideally situated as only 10 minutes away from airport. Villa was perfect for us all as we were 8 adults and there was plenty of room for us all. Shops and restaurants close by, so car is not essential. Would definitely recommend this villa, and would go back again. Letting agents very polite and helpful as were the couple that maintain the property.

Notes on the rental rates:

You need to send 50% of the entire rental price to book the villa, the remaining 50% is to be paid 6 - 8 weeks prior to your arrival. Should your holiday be within the eight week period, we would ask for you to pay the full amount for the villa.

Security deposit of 1000 euros is also required in case of damages and/or breakages fully refundable when property will be inspected at the end of your stay.

We ask that the security deposit is in cash form of your chosen currency. We do not accept cheque or credit card as a form of a deposit.

Prices for the property are per week Saturday to Saturday and are displayed in Euros.
