The Ibiza region
Ibiza with 10 miles in width and 25 in length it is the perfect size. never too far from anywhere, with over a hundred beautiful beaches.

We recommend taking an adventure up to the north of the island to see the fantastic views and amazing beaches.
Ibiza Old Town offers History with the Ancient Castle walls and the Cathedral, along with a museum with loads of history about the island.
Ibiza Town area
Ibiza Town is the main city in Ibiza and offers many different attractions, depending on what you like on your holiday.
On the Port you can take boat trips and diving trips, and in the night time this is a very popular place people drink before going to the clubs.
The nearby beaches (Playa D'en Bossa is closest to Villa) is sandy and very very long, offering a part for families and a part for party people (the famous beach bar Bora Bora is located here). You will also find watersports and amusements here.
Vara De Rey is a main central road in Ibiza and is a good starting point for all you shopaholics, Ibiza has hundreds of Boutiques where you can find unique items and you will often see marquee’s assembled here on the many ‘fiesta’ days full of typical Ibizan food and wine to sample, or hand made original crafts and art.
Apart from that there are Many delicious Restaurants and of course the big clubs, Pacha, El Divino, Space and DC10 are all in the area.

Further details indoors: There is one double bedroom with en-suite shower room, on the lower level and a large laundry room and storage room. Steps into the house lead you onto the 1st floor, where you will find a very large and spacious lounge and dining area which leads you through onto the patio and down to the pool area. The Kitchen is very modern with all the facilities, a storage room and a toilet room are on the 1st floor as well.
The lower Floor offers 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a Utility room. Steps up to the front door lead you onto the 1st floor which offers a spacious open plan Dining area and lounge with beautiful wooden Table and Chairs, and Sofas, this opens onto the Patio and down to the pool. A Toilet room and The Modern Kitchen are also located on this Floor, this is fully equipped with everything you desire, and also leads onto the patio, and down to the pool.
Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms decorated in exquisite style and class, and each with their own en-suite bathroom, one with a double bed and private balcony, one with double bed and large shared terrace overlooking the pool, and one triple bedroom, with 3 single beds, and doors onto a big shared terrace overlooking the pool.
Further details outdoors: The villa has two outside areas the first one is in front of the house where there is a small garden on one side with a big Drive for secure parking, you can walk from here along one side of the property (or through the house) and go into the back garden area, where the magnificent pool, wooden sunloungers, barbecue, Outside Dining area and professional outside Kitchen are, this part is very generous in size and the pool 10x12 metres is surrounded by stoned floor with landscaped gardens all around.

You need to send 50% of the entire rental price to book the villa, the remaining 50% can be paid on your arrival in cash or 3 weeks before arrival, by transfer. Security deposit of 1000 euros is also required in case of damages and/or breakages fully refundable when property will be inspected at the end of your stay.
Prices for the property are per week Saturday to Saturday and are displayed in Euros.
