This impressive villa has 500sqm set on 20.000sqm of private land. This property promotes a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step inside. A truly outstanding villa with finishes of extremely high standards. Nestled in the middle is the mainhouse, which has the living room, dining room and a fully equiped kitchen and two bedrooms. The other bedrooms are attached to the house and have their own seperate entrances. Ibicencan furnishings have been use throughout. It has private and secluded garden areas, several terraces and a private swimming pool. A traditional house with all modern facilities for your comfort. The original garage is turned into a huge gamesroom with an amazing selection of games. Fully equipped in every sense of the word: one of the bathrooms is especially adapted for wheelchairs and all bathrooms have floor heating. The house has air conditioning, wifi and there is a tv in all the bedrooms. Price includes daily cleaning in high season.
