About the home

Providing a warm welcome to all our guests is our priority. You will find that our home is ideal for all ages. For families you have the peace and quiet to relax during the day, take advantage of the private swimming pool set in beautiful gardens. For children there is plenty of space to kick a football around on the lawn. Should you wish to dine alfresco, this is perfect at our home - a large dining area complete with barbeque is great for catching up with friends or family whilst overlooking the pool.
Ibiza Town and Playa den Bossa are both short distances away. However our villa is far enough away to not be disturbed by any noise at all.

As you walk into the villa, you enter the large open plan kitchen and dining area. With extensive views over the vineyards from afar, this is a great place to watch the sun go down of an evening. The lounge is warm and welcoming with comfortable sofas and a chaise lounge. Television and a stereo will occupy your time if you choose to chill out around the villa of an evening.
On the same level there are two bedrooms and one bathroom. Both rooms are twin bedrooms.
Upstairs there are a further two bedrooms and a bathroom. However both these bedrooms have double beds. The master bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the pool and vineyards. There is also a study room which is ideal for children or if you are wishing for some chillaxing time...this room is for you!

Further details outdoors:
From parking the car under the palm trees as you enter the grounds, you will feel a world away from home. The grounds have been maintained extremely well and there are all types of plants and trees dotted around. The swimming pool is set alongside the villa with a covered dining area. Ideal for those days when you are wishing to seek some shade. Set with a barbeque, wood burning oven and fridge, this area is designed so you can cater for any meal outside. A bathroom is located outside too for your convenience.

You need to send 50% of the entire rental price to book the villa, the remaining 50% is to be paid on your arrival. In Cash and Euro form only.

We ask that the security deposit is in cash form of your chosen currency. We do not accept cheque or credit card as a form of a deposit.

Prices for the property are per week Saturday to Saturday and are displayed in Euros.

The Ibiza region

Ibiza is a beautiful island and we don't blame anyone who falls in love with it!
The summer months are undoubtedly hotter than places back in the UK, but with the sea and the pool to hand, you won't stay hot for long!
Ibiza Town is steeped in history. Head up to the Dalt Vila and take in the stunning views overlooking Formentera and the rest of the south of the island.
It is worth hiring a car so you can see some of the other sights the island has to offer. If you are feeling a little adventurous then perhaps you would like to hire a bicycle and see the sights on foot. Whatever does happen though, you must head to Formentera which is our sister island and without question is simply stunning with the white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters.

The Ibiza Town area

San Jordi is your nearest village and this is a bustling community which has very few tourists. Immerse yourself in the other side of Ibiza and mix with the locals - it can be quite amusing!

Playa den Bossa is the nearest main town and here you have Space and Ushauia which are growing more and more popular. The water park is also located here and whilst it isn't the biggest you will have been to before, it certainly is something that Ibiza is proud of! Many hours of fun can be spent here!!

“Really pleasent visit, great villa, if only the taxis would know it” I stayed in Can Torres just lately with 6 other of my friends. The villa is located close to the airport (around 3-4mins by taxi/car or even 20mins walking), but even though there isn't too much noise from the planes. I was worried about that before our arrival but it was a very pleasent surprise. The villa has 2 twin bedrooms and 2 king beds. Only the king beds on the top floor have AC, but the ground level rooms are equipped with fans in case it gets too hot. The bathrooms, kitchen and the living area are generally clean, except for some dishes which I believe were still dirty after the previous tenants. All the equipment worked fine during our stay including the iPod docking station and the Wi-Fi (although it works only inside the villa). The outside are is very nice. Even though you can't count on green golf course style grass, the great pool and the outdoor eating area with a big fridge really make up for it! You also have a bathroom there just next to the pool. The downside of this location was the fact that no taxi driver which we took from either Ibiza Town, Salinas or San Antonio knew the address. Each time we had to give him exact directions on where to turn. It is weird as when ordering a taxi during the day to the villa, they always got there without a problem. One issue, but it's an "Ibiza thing" - it's impossible to call a taxi after 7pm in August. Sometimes you might be lucky, but in case you're in a hurry, just take a 20min walk to the airport arrivals. There are hundreds of free taxis there!
