About the home

This apartment is located a mere 100 m from Los Molinos beach in Ibiza town.
It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with 2 twin beds, and 1 bathroom. Both bedrooms have spacious in-built closets. There is a light living area withTV which is separated from the kitchen -equipped with gas cooker, electric oven, fridge and plenty of cupboard space- by a breakfast bar, and from which a French window opens out onto a balcony with a table and 2 chairs. The living room also contains a bed-sofa that can sleep 2.

The apartment is located only 100 meters from the beach called Playa Los Molinos, 300 meters from the pebbly Pas Estret Beach to the north along the shore, and 300 metres from Figueretas beach heading in the opposite direction. From there, a small ferryboat (Agua Bus) goes to Formentera daily and to the Punta Arabí Hippy Market once a week. The area is called Figueretas and is located between the centre of Ibiza town and the popular beach of Playa Den Bossa.

Downtown Ibiza, a ten-minute walk away, is full of life day and night, with great shops, bars and restaurants. Especially lively is the port area, where there’s the possibility of boarding a ferry to Formentera. Playa Den Bossa is just a short distance along the beach front (aprox. 15 min.) This is a very popular area because the famous dance club Space is located here as well as the beach clubs Bora Bora and Ushuaia.
Within short drive you can also visit a large water park called Aguamar. The promenade that starts just by the apartment is a lovely walk lined with little restaurants, shops and bars. The location of the apartment is great if you want a quiet little beach and, at the same time, be close to all the action of Ibiza town and Playa Den Bossa.

“Ideal location to see it all.” We were not sure of where in Ibiza Town to stay until we got there. Considering the price, location and accomodations, this place was perfect. If you travel with friends requiring more than one room and tyring to stay on budget, our hosts were more than accomodating. Our hosts also went the extra mile to ensure we got the most out of our experience by providing us with recommendations on local places to eat and the right beaches to enjoy. Wonderful expereince!
