The Glamorous Penthouse is an open Space Suite situated in the most exclusive area of Ibiza, Marina Botafoch, at only 5 minutes walking from the Pacha, the Casino, Talamanca beach and fashionable restaurants; the famous and characteristic old town in the center of Ibiza (by the harbor) is also easily reacheable in 15 minutes by foot and only 2 minutes by taxi or ferry.
The penthouse is composed of a large suite (bedroom and sitting area) with fully equipped kitchenete, bathroom with shower,
wardrobe and two beautifully furnished outdoor spaces where it's possible to relax, enjoy your meal "al fresco", or sunbath.
Both of them have partial view on the sea and Ibiza town.
The suite can accommodate 2 people. Double bed or 2 twin beds, if required.

The Glamorous Penthouse is situated in the VIP area of Ibiza town: the prestigious Marina Botafoch. Pacha Club, Ibiza Grand Hotel and Casino, Talamanca Beach and luxury shops and restaurants are in this area and all at walkable distance from the apartment. And it’s less than 15 minute stroll (or 2 minutes by ferry or taxi) into the heart of historic Ibiza Town and Dalt Vila . Probably we could define this area as Ibiza’s Golden Mile. Undoubtedly there is not a better choice to enjoy a luxurious holidays in Ibiza. The other famous beaches: Playa d'En Bossa, Salinas and Es Cavallet are at only 10 minutes far by car. The name of the building is 'Bahia de Ibiza' and it has 2 entrances: one on Paseo Juan Carlos 1 (Paseo Maritimo) and the other on Avenida 8 de Agosto 38, Ibiza.

“good for 2 people max” Great location in a quite and safe area with a nice old town view. 3 minutes walk to playa Talamanca. For us it was much better option than an acommodation near by playa den Bossa with the crowd of drunk and drugged people 24h and dirty beach. The apartment is 5 minutes to Pacha and 15 minutes walk to Old Town. The placet was clean and enough for two people for 5 days. All necessary things were provided however such thing like kettle was missing. Coffie maker works only with special coffie packs. Soap, shampoo, washing powder, etc. are not provided. Internet was loosing the connections frequently. Anyway, good place for short stay. Enjoy! Response: Thank you for your kind review! We are pleased to inform you that, starting from this year, also soap and washing powder will be provided, along with 2 coffee caps (for Nespresso Machine), a complimentary bottle of spanish champagne (cava) and a bottle of water. And also Internet connection has been improved-:)
