The GLAMOROUS PENTHOUSE is a fully equipped open Space Suite situated in the best location of Ibiza Town: the exclusive Marina Botafoch and Paseo Maritimo, a fantastic and safe area, with all the amenities close by, but at the same time it's also a quiet area: supermarkets, luxury shops, Talamanca Beach, great restaurants (such as Cipriani, Cavalli, Sushi Point) and cafès, Ibiza Gran Hotel Spa and Casino, Pacha night club, Boom and Lio are all at walkable distance although no noise! And it's only 15 minutes walking to Ibiza Old Town and Dalt Vila (or 2 minutes by taxi or ferry). The taxi stand is next block.

The penthouse is composed of a large suite (bedroom and sitting area) with fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower,

wardrobe and two private and outdoor spaces beautifully furnished with design furniture by VONDOM, where it's possible to relax, enjoy your meal "al fresco", or sunbath.

Infact, on the roof terrace the brand new terrace is equipped with glamorous and cozy sun loungers by VONDOM

Both outdoor spaces have (partial) stunning views of the sea, harbour, Ibiza old town and talamanca beach.

The suite can accommodate 2 people. Double bed or 2 twin beds, if required.

Air conditioning, Free wi-fi Internet Connection, Stereo Hifi, I-Pod Player, Washing Machine, Fully equipped Kitchenette with Hob, Fridge/fFreezer, Microwave, Kettle, Nespresso and Regular Coffe Machine, hair dryer, 2 communal Pools.

Whilst car hire is great to see the island, the apartment is only a 10-15 min taxi ride from the airport and as everything is close by, no car hire is necessary.

Rates are intended per apartment per night for 2 people, and include taxes.

Rental period can start and finish any day of the week

Minimum stay: ONLY 3 nights;

However from May to the beginning of October, if a week end is included in the holiday period, a longer stay may be required (4 or 5 nights, according to the season)

The lovely sandy Talamanca Beach, with bars and restaurants is only 5 minutes walking from the apartment.

Also the faboulous new 'Marina' Area with the most beautiful yachts is at only 200 meters far from the apartment with upmarket shops and some other great restaurants and cafès. And it's only 15 minutes walking to Ibiza Old Town and Dalt Vila (or 2 minutes by taxi, ferry or car). The taxi stand is next block. Everybody defines this area as Ibiza's Golden Mile. Undoubtedly there is not a better choice to enjoy a luxurious holidays in Ibiza. "2nd stay at this fabulous apartment"

Just returned from our second stay at the Glamorous Penthouse, first time I have ever returned to the same accommodation in my life so that should tell you something about how much we love this place. It has everything you need including roof terrace with views of the old town, large shower, comfy beds, plenty of coat hangers, washing machine and a hairdryer that was better than mine at home. And we were able to have a late check-out which was a real bonus given our flight was not until midnight. Not only is the apartment ideal for two people, the location is fabulous; 5 mins from Talamanca beach and Spar, and only 2 mins from taxi rank, boat to Ibiza town and the marina. Would thoroughly recommend and we’re already planning our trip back for next year.

"good for 2 people max"

Great location in a quite and safe area with a nice old town view. 3 minutes walk to playa Talamanca. For us it was much better option than an acommodation near by playa den Bossa with the crowd of drunk and drugged people 24h and dirty beach. The apartment is 5 minutes to Pacha and 15 minutes walk to Old Town. The placet was clean and enough for two people for 5 days. All necessary things were provided however such thing like kettle was missing. Coffie maker works only with special coffie packs. Soap, shampoo, washing powder, etc. are not provided. Internet was loosing the connections frequently. Anyway, good place for short stay. Enjoy!

We are pleased to inform you that, starting from this year, also soap and washing powder will be provided, along with 2 coffee caps (for Nespresso Machine), a complimentary bottle of spanish champagne (cava) and a bottle of water.
