Newly finished two bedroom apartment, very bright and cosy with all the facilities you may need to feel comfortable whilst being away in paradise. Located in Platja dén Bossa, 50m away from the most famous longest streching beach in Ibiza. The airport and main town are located just 5 minutes away by car.
Chic living room with plasma tv and comfy sofas, open plan modernised kitchen is fully equipped with top quality modern appliances, (dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, vitro-ceramic hob, microwave and oven)

There are two communal swimming pools seperate for adults and children, secure car parking and the nearest supermarket is conveniently located in the same building on the ground floor.
The master bedroom is en suite with a jacuzzi, the second bedroom has a double bed and the second bathroom has a walk in shower.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a representative who will be happy to assist you and provide any information you will need for a pleasant stay.
This apartment is situated in a fantastic location which is one of the best residential areas with lots of Mediterranean restaurants and bars for you to indulge in Spanish tapas with a glass of wine. It is conveniently located in a quiet spot with lots of beautiful hidden surroundings for you to discover and experience an unforgettable holiday on the magical island of Ibiza.

A refundable deposit of 600 Euro holds the apartment and is used as breakages deposit (refunded after the apartment has been checked 48 hr after departure).
A tourist guide will welcome you at the penthouse and will inform you of the local amenities and atractions.
Arrival meeting can be arranged at any time.
You can take boat trips to Formentera where you will discover this hidden island and spend the day on this paradise, relaxing on the white sanded beach with crystal clear water.
The Ibiza region

Ibiza, with the fantastic weather, unspoilt beaches, turquoise waters, and incredible sunsets, it is no surprise that this is where chill out music was originally created.
Ibiza area is also famous for its extremely hip and glamorous night life, boasting fine restaurants, designer boutiques, cool night clubs and endless summer parties, for many the best night-life on offer in the Mediterranean and probably the best night clubs on offer in the world.
In the stunning unspoilt landscape there are secret dirt tracks that lead to ancient ritual sites or to some of the most expensive and luxurious real estate offered in Europe.
In Ibiza, anything and everything is possible.
The Ibiza Town area
Playa Den Bossa is one of the best locations in Ibiza, the apartment is situated in a residential area, comfortable and convenient, with the beach besides it, gives you the possibility of enjoying more than 3 km of soft, golden sand and very crystal clear water with plenty of activities such as water sport, diving, water park, mini golf, beautiful promenade at sunset and a large variety of bars and restaurants along the beach to spend an unforgettable holiday.
One of the joys of being on this island is that you´re never far from anywhere, the apartment has an handy access to highway that allows you to discover easily the rest of the island, stunning selection of other beaches within 10 minutes by car: Cala Jondal, Es Cavallet, Sa Caleta and the world wide known Las Salinas at only 5 minutes.
Roca Lisa Golf course 15 minutes by car.

After reading the information provided by the owner about the apartment (which was very detailed) we were concerned about the need for a rental car...I have no idea why this was written but there is absolutely NO need for a car, the apartment couldn't be in a more ideal location to pick up a taxi, Also, a taxi from the airport will cost about 10 EUR whereas the transfer offered was 45 EUR - definitely not necessary to pay the extra money as our taxi driver found it no problem. The master bedroom is overlooking the main road so was sometimes a bit noisy but apart from that everything was great, would definitely consider booking it again. There is a Spar Supermarket located just below which was extremely handy for us plus loads of restaurants nearby - great place to stay! |
