Sleeps up to 6 people. The fully equipped and self-catering apartment is situated in the VIP area of Ibiza Town: the prestigious Marina Botafoch and Paseo Maritimo, at only 5 minutes walking from the Pacha, the Casino,Talamanca beach and fashionable restaurants; the famous and characterist old town in the centre of Ibiza (by the harbour) is also easily reacheable in 15 minutes by foot and less than 5 minutes by taxi or ferry.
The apartment is composed of: 2 double bedrooms (one of them en-suite), 2 bathrooms (one with hydro massage bathtub and the other with shower) a large living/dining room with open and fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable sofabed for 2 people. At disposal of the apartment a private terrace fully equipped with table and chairs where it's possible to enjoy your meals "al fresco" and relax, and a solarium on the upper terrace with sun loungers. Both of them have partial view on the sea and the old town.
Free Internet Wi-Fi, air conditioning, plasma TV, stereo Hi-Fi, I Pod player, safe, washing-machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso and regular Coffee machine, microwave, toaster, blender, kettle, hair dryer and 2 communal swimming pools. Talamanca Beach is at less than 5 minutes by foot.
Rates are intended per apartment per night, up to 6 people, and include taxes.
Rental period can start and finish any day of the week. Minimum stay: 5 or 6 nights;
However, for stays during the week (which do not include a saturday), shorter stays of 3 or 4 nights may be accepted.
For stays of 3 or 4 nights an extra fee of 15/20% of the total cost of the rental may be charged.

For the definitive confirmation of the reservation, 1/3 of the total rental is payable at the time of booking. The balance of the rental is payable upon arrival.

Also nearby are restaurants, clubs, bars, shops, etc. You can enjoy water sports (diving, snorkelling, skiing, fishing).
The Apartment is situated in the VIP area of Ibiza town: the prestigious Marina Botafoch and Paseo Maritimo. Pacha Club, Ibiza Grand Hotel and Casino, Talamanca Beach, luxury shops, grocery stores and restaurants are in this area and all at walkable distance from the apartment. Also the taxi stand is at only one block far from the apartment,.And it's less than 15 minute stroll (or less than 5 minutes by ferry or taxi) into the heart of historic Ibiza Town and Dalt Vila. Probably we could define this area as Ibiza's Golden Mile. Undoubtedly there is not a better choice to enjoy a luxurious holidays in Ibiza. The other famous beaches: Playa d'En Bossa, Salinas and Es Cavallet are at only 10 minutes far by car. The name of the building is 'Bahia de Ibiza' and it has 2 entrances: one on Paseo Juan Carlos 1 (Paseo Maritimo) and the main one is on Avenida 8 de Agosto 38, Ibiza

"Excellent Accomodation in (Ibiza close to beach)"
I randomly booked apartments with the Ibiza Vacation company solely based on the photos and short description on their webpage (http://www.ibizavacation.es/) to celebrate my birthday in May. The staff were incredibly fast, helpful and professional (both prior to my visit and during the visit).
Everyone in my group was extremely happy with the quality and location of the apartments. The location was excellent, it was a five minute walk to the Talamaca beach and there were two small supermarkets within short walking distance. There was a large selection of restaurants at the beach and at the marina. The apartments were really well equiped, comfortable and very nicely decorated. Each apartment had a large balcony with excellent views of the old town and/or marina. The apartment complex had two swimming pools (but we basically spent most of our time at the beach)
The apartment was located about 20 - 25 minutes walk from Ibiza town centre (my 67 year old mother needed 25 minutes) but it was a really nice walk along the marina.
We even went to Pacha one night for some clubbing and were home wihin five minutes.
I can really recommend this complex. It's equally suitable for families, couples on a short break (or even a week break) or groups of friends.
Several of my friends intend to go back to the apartments again!
