The DESIGN 2 BEDROOM PENTHOUSE is situated in the best location of Ibiza Town: the exclusive Marina Botafoch and Paseo Maritimo, a fantastic and safe area, with all the amenities close by, but at the same time it's also a quiet area: supermarkets, luxury shops, Talamanca Beach, great restaurants (such as Cipriani, Cavalli, Sushi Point) and cafès, Ibiza Gran Hotel Spa and Casino, Pacha night club, Boom and Lio are all at walkable distance although no noise! And it's only 15 minuets walking to Ibiza Old Town and Dalt Vila (or 2 minutes by taxi, or ferry). The taxi stand is next block.The penthouse is composed of: 2 double bedrooms (one of them en-suite), 2 bathrooms (one with hydro massage bathtub and the other with shower) a large living/dining room with open and fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable sofabed for 2 people. At disposal of the apartment a private terrace fully equipped with table and chairs where it's possible to enjoy your meals "al fresco" and relax. From the terrace you have (partial) view on the sea, harbour and the Ibiza old town. The penthouse has also access to a private solarium on the upper terrace equipped with design sun loungers by VONDOM. Free Internet Wi-Fi, air conditioning, plasma TV, stereo Hi-Fi, I Pod player, safe, washing-machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso and regular Coffee machine, microwave, toaster, blender, kettle, hair dryer and 2 communal swimming pools. The lovely, sandy Talamanca Beach with bars and restaurants, is at 5 minutes walking.4 people can sleep in the 2 bedrooms (on request, beds can be twins, instead of double in one of the bedrooms) and there is a comfortable sofa bed for the 5th and 6th person in the living room.Whilst car hire is great to see the island, the apartment is easily reacheable by taxi from the airport (10-15 minutes ride) and as everything is close by, no car hire is necessary. The lovely sandy Talamanca Beach, with bars and restaurants is only 5 minutes walking from the apartment.

Also the faboulous new 'Marina' Area with the most beautiful yachts is at only 200 meters far from the apartment with upmarket shops and some other great restaurants and cafès. And it's only 15 minutes walking to Ibiza Old Town and Dalt Vila (or 2 minutes by taxi, ferry or car). The taxi stand is next block. Everybody defines this area as Ibiza's Golden Mile. Undoubtedly there is not a better choice to enjoy a luxurious holidays in Ibiza. The other famous beaches: Playa d'En Bossa, Salinas (Sa Trinxa) and Es Cavallet are at only 10 or 15 minutes far by car. "Excellent Accomodation in (Ibiza close to beach)"

I randomly booked apartments with the Ibiza Vacation company solely based on the photos and short description on their webpage (http://www.ibizavacation.es/) to celebrate my birthday in May. The staff were incredibly fast, helpful and professional (both prior to my visit and during the visit). Everyone in my group was extremely happy with the quality and location of the apartments. The location was excellent, it was a five minute walk to the Talamaca beach and there were two small supermarkets within short walking distance. There was a large selection of restaurants at the beach and at the marina. The apartments were really well equiped, comfortable and very nicely decorated. Each apartment had a large balcony with excellent views of the old town and/or marina. The apartment complex had two swimming pools (but we basically spent most of our time at the beach) The apartment was located about 20 - 25 minutes walk from Ibiza town centre (my 67 year old mother needed 25 minutes) but it was a really nice walk along the marina. We even went to Pacha one night for some clubbing and were home wihin five minutes. I can really recommend this complex. It's equally suitable for families, couples on a short break (or even a week break) or groups of friends. Several of my friends intend to go back to the apartments again! Joy, London
