THE CHARMING 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT is situated in the best location of Ibiza Town: the exclusive Marina Botafoch and Paseo Maritimo, a fantastic and safe area, with all the amenities close by, but at the same time it's also a quiet area: supermarkets, luxury shops, Talamanca Beach, great restaurants (such as Cipriani, Cavalli, Sushi Point) and cafès, Ibiza Gran Hotel Spa and Casino, Pacha night club, Boom and Lio are all at walkable distance although no noise! And it's only 15 minutes walking to Ibiza Old Town and Dalt Vila (or 2 minutes by taxi or ferry). The taxi stand is next block.

The apartment is composed of: 2 double bedrooms (one of them en-suite), 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub and the other with shower) , large living room with double sofa bed, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, a private terrace with partial but amazing view on the marina, harbour, Ibiza Old Town and Dalt Vila, equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers.

Free Internet Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning, Flat TV, stereo Hi-Fi, I Pod player, safe, washing-machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso and regular coffee machine, microwave, toaster, blender, kettle, hair dryer and 2 shared swimming pools.

The lovely sandy Talamanca Beach with bars and restaurants is at only 5 minutes by foot.

The apartment can sleep 4 people in the 2 bedrooms (on request, beds can be twins, instead of double if requested in one of the bedrooms) and 2 more on the sofa bed in the living room.

Whilst car hire is great to see the island, the apartment is easily reacheable by taxi from the airport (10-15 minutes ride) and as everything is close by, no car hire is necessary.

Rates are intended per apartment per night, up to 6 people, and include taxes.

Rental period can start and finish any day of the week.

Minimum stay: ONLY 3 nights;

However from May to October, if a week end is included in the holiday period, a longer stay may be required (4 or 5 nights, according to the season)

Undoubtedly there is not a better choice to enjoy a luxurious holidays in Ibiza. The other famous beaches: Playa d'En Bossa, Salinas (Sa Trinxa) and Es Cavallet are at only 10 or 15 minutes far by car. "Everything you need for an unforgettable stay!"

Great apartment, great value and really well located. We enjoyed our holiday so much that we can not wait to return. Everything is within walking distance, including pacha and the casino :) ... apartment clean, well furnished, there are all the comforts that you may need. Thanks again A & B vacation staff.
