A refundable deposit of 700 Euro holds the apartment and is used as breakages deposit (refunded after the apartment has been checked 48 hr after departure).
The house manager can arrange all Shuttle airport services, boats charter, minivan rental, home shopping, private chef, private driver for day excursions or night clubbing, babysitters. All needs can be met.
A Tourist guide will be your representative. Arrival meeting will be arranged no matter the time.

The Ibiza Town area
Playa Den Bossa is one of the best locations in Ibiza, the penthouse situated in a residential area, comfortable and convenient, with the beach besides it, gives you the possibility of enjoying more than 3 km of soft, golden sand and very crystal clear water with plenty of activities such as water sport, diving, water park, mini golf, beautiful promenade at sunset and a large variety of bars and restaurants along the beach to spend an unforgettable holiday.
One of the joys of being on this island is that you´re never far from anywhere, the penthouse has an easy access to highway that allows you to discover the rest of the island, stunning selection of other beaches within 10 minutes by car: Cala Jondal, Es Cavallet, Sa Caleta and the world wide known Las Salinas at only 5 minutes.
