This beautiful 4 bedroom house with private pool is situated on 5000 m² of property. It has a 2 car garage, great BBQ and eating area on the pool porch, 2 bathrooms, an independent, fully equipped kitchen and large living room with chimney and large dining table. There is air conditioning in two of the four bedrooms, and all the basic commodities: bed linen and towels are included. Located in the wonderful country side close to Ibiza town, it has lovely valley views and a garden filled with trees, lawns and flowerbeds. It has very easy access to main roads and is only a few minutes away from Ibiza centre. Ideal for a pleasant vacation on the white island.

Further details
I require a 20% non refundable deposit to secure the booking, payable by bank transfer.
A refundable security deposit of 500 euro or 500 pounds is also required on arrival, which will be refunded upon departure provided the apartment is left in a clean condition with no damage or breakages.
The remaining amount (80%) and the damage deposit will be payed in cash upon arrival
The Ibiza region
Famous for its nightlife, cosmopolitan Ibiza is the summer party capital Europe, It has spectacular clubs and world famous DJs. But Ibiza has more to offer though than just its nightlife, there are over 80 beaches of clear blue sea, stunning landscapes, pretty villages and an amazing history.
Ibiza Town, a short distance away, is a truly wonderful place, steeped in history with the Dalt Villa, a world heritage site looking down. There are designer shops, international restaurants, endless bars and a colorful scene.
The Ibiza Town / Puig Den Valls area
Besides the beautiful beaches, you will find beautiful towns all around the island: have a classical ham sandwich in Santa Gertrudis or enjoy the typical "Hierbas" liquor in Sant Carles on your way back from the famous LasDalias hippymarket ; have a walk on the San Antonio bay area or enjoy the beautiful sunsets in Cala Conta....the island is teeming with sights and activities.
Ibiza's official holiday is on the 8th of August. On this night there is a wonderful firework show launched from the docks....drive there soon as parking gets crazy on this special night.
If it's clubbing you like, you can take your pick from the many nightclubs, bars and pubs dotted around the island.
I'll be happy to give you any pointers on to where you can go to enjoy your vacation to the fullest.

This villa is very close to town, at driving distance though, you need to have your own transport as there is no bus line.
Taxis are another option but pricey!

The villa is located in a really good position, only 3 mins away from the city center and situated in a small town. Pros: near to ibiza,supermarket and amnesia; spacious,ideal for 8/10 people party; quiet zone where you can party; bbq; price! cons: cleaning could be better, especially in the kitchen the pool filter doesn't work but occasionally a swimming-pool guy appears |

We were a group of 9 who stayed at Villa Can Miro for 1 week. The villa had everything we needed - BBQ, garden, pool, large living space, friendly cat from next door! The villa was also in a great location. The nearest supermarket is only a 20 minute walk away but you can of course get a taxi. The villa was also only a 10 minute drive to Ibiza town and San Antonio which was perfect! Valeria was very friendly and welcoming and answered any questions that we had, big or small. We would definetely recommend this villa, it is SUCH good value for money. We're already planning another visit next year :) Response: Thanks for your glowing review. Wow, Villa Can Miro is a wonderful place to stay, be it with family, friends or work colleagues. The location is perfect being a short drive from lovely Ibiza Old Town, it is very peaceful and a great place to relax. Villa Can Miro has everything you need from a Villa, great pool, great views and a wonderful vibe. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Villa Can Miro to anyone; you will have an amazing time. The outside eating and BBQ areas are great and the views are lovely to watch the sun set. Villa Can Miro is very safe and secure and Valeria our host was amazing. If we ever had any problems she was there on hand to help us and made us feel so welcoming and warm.
