About the home

Villa Tino is located on the southern part of the island and sleeps up to 10/11 people. The villa is located close to Ibiza Town so getting out and about of an evening is no problem whatsoever. The nearest village is a short distance away and here you will find a supermarket, bank, bars and restaurants. A bus stop can be found a five minute walk away which will provide you with ease getting to and from the nearest village.

Our villa is suitable for a wide variety of people; youngsters, families, couples. The grounds are as such that the villa is totally exclusive and secure for you. The grounds are stunning and there are many places to dine of an evening, relax on a sunlounger around the pool or find a chill out area where you can escape and have the privacy you wish.

Situated on the outskirts of the main town of Ibiza town there is a regular bus service into town where you will find the best shops and boutiques, stylish bars, delicious restaurants and the trendy world famous clubs. It is the ideal location for your Ibiza holiday, close to the action, but enough removed to be absorbed in your own private tranquillity.

Decorated to a high standard the villa sleeps up to 10/11 and there are two bedrooms on the ground floor with a bathroom between them. The large spacious lounge is ideal as it is made up of four different areas, the dining table, the television/DVD player and comfortable sofas, a smaller dining table and an area if you are just wanting some quiet time. The kitchen is also on this level, well stocked with all amenities and it has a laundry room too. In the lounge area there is a telephone for your use. It is worth noting that it can only call landlines and it useful to call taxi's from the villa.

Up the spacious spiral staircase there are two large master bedrooms complete with en suite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a spacious walk in wardrobe. There is a twin bedroom and a gym which can also convert to a single bedroom. A bathroom is also on this level. Three of the bedrooms open up onto the large terrace which overlooks the swimming pool and the grounds, along with views of Ibiza Town.

The hard work that we have put in to the villa grounds is more than obvious. We know that people are going to be spending the majority of their holiday in Ibiza outside appreciating our warm sunshine so we have ensured that this is as beautiful as inside our villa. From the spacious area around the swimming pool where you can move the sunloungers to your preferred choice, or taking time out in our comfortable chill out sofas, having something to eat around the two dinning tables, being in charge of the bbq or pizza cooking in our unique pizza oven, or perhaps walking through the orange groves that we have at the bottom of our garden. All lit up at night, the garden looks beautiful and truly a great place to hang out.

The Villa is available for weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday only. Please note we can only accept bookings for a minimum period of a week.

You need to send 50% of the entire rental price to book the villa, the remaining 50% is to be paid on your arrival in Cash Euros.

Security deposit of 1000 euros is also required in case of damages and/or breakages fully refundable when property will be inspected at the end of your stay.

We ask that the security deposit is in cash form of your chosen currency. We do not accept cheque or credit card as a form of a deposit.

Conditions

If you would like to host a large function or wedding at our property we may have to ask for a larger deposit due to an increase in numbers.

The Ibiza region

Ibiza with 10 miles in width and 25 in length it is the perfect size. never too far from anywhere, with over a hundred beautiful beaches. It will take you just 50 minutes to drive from the northerly most point to Salinas in the south.

We recommend taking an adventure up to the north of the island to see the fantastic views and amazing beaches. Don't miss out on the caves in San Miguel or the beaches of Cala San Vicente or the nudist beach of Aquas Blancas!

Whilst in Ibiza you must see the sunset....whether you are still up to view the sunrise is a different matter altogether! The best place to see the sunset is at places like Cafe Mambo or Cafe del Mar on sunset strip in San Antonio. To sample a taste of the hippy lifestyle, head to Benirras on a Sunday at sunset - a whole new meaning to the words 'bongos'! For just a little quiet romantic time we would suggest Cala Conta...peace and quiet with a stunning backdrop setting in front of you.

Ibiza Old Town offers History with the Ancient Castle walls and the Cathedral, along with a museum with loads of history about the island.

The Ibiza Town area

Ibiza Town is the main city in Ibiza and offers many different attractions, depending on what you like on your holiday.

On the Port you can take boat trips and diving trips, and in the night time this is a very popular place people drink before going to the clubs.

The nearby beaches (Talamanca is closest to Villa) is sandy and fairly shallow. Ideal for families, but the younger people choose to head there as it is quieter than Bora Bora which can be found on Playa den Bossa. Talamanca Beach is home to the trendsetters of the island.

Vara De Rey is a main central road in Ibiza and is a good starting point for all you shopaholics. Ibiza has hundreds of boutiques where you can find unique items and you will often see marquee’s assembled here on the many ‘fiesta’ days full of typical Ibizan food and wine to sample, or hand made original crafts and art.

Apart from that there are many delicious restaurants and of course the big clubs, Pacha, Amnesia, Space and DC10 are all in the area.

We will go through all the best places to head to on arrival as well as advising you of the places to head to that week.

Sadly we do not have any direct flights to our island in the winter, however there is a wide variety in the summer from end of April to end of October. Try looking at British Airways, Thomsonfly, Easyjet, Ryanair, Monarch to name but a few.

From experience, if you see a good value flight ticket, purchase it there and then. It will only get more expensive!

“An amazing time in Ibiza” The villa and the property looked the same as shown on the internet, really amazing. Its a great location to discover the island but a little too far from Ibiza Town to walk.

“Incredible Villa!” We took advantage of a late deal to stay at Villa Tino and were so glad we did. Words can not begin to describe how great this villa was....simply stunning. Ideally the villa would be suited for larger groups having 6 bedrooms but we really enjoyed being able to spend a week there and have this fantastic villa to ourselves. It is set in a quiet location but within good proximity to Ibiza Town. We hired a car that helped us explore the island but a taxi into Ibiza was not very expensive. I can highly recommend this villa and I have already sent details on to many friends and we will certainly look to stay here again in the future.
