Can Montelu is an exotic and idyllic villa, set in the magnificent Ibiza countryside, strategically located with total privacy all over 360º around the whole properties, with fantastic views to the paradise of this white island.
Its safe electronic gates opens you to a land of many hiddens delights.
Set in only one floor for your comfort, counts with a bright, open plan living area, 3 large doubled bedrooms, with articulated latex beds and full air-conditioning, 3 bathrooms, 2 of them with a walk-in shower and one of them en suite in the main bedroom, and a fully high standard equipped kitchen with all the facilities. Its living room is open to a covered terrace with a dining area, overlooking the garden and the pool. it sleeps a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children. Ideal for family holidays, the villa counts with an assortment of toys for children.
In the exterior, besides the swimming pool you can find a relaxing area, also another large and comfortable area for dining "al fresco" , and the BBQ, all of this with lovely views to the mountains.
Enjoy the splendid balinesian bed at the garden having "a siesta", relaxing or just watching your family or friends having fun and splashing in the swimming pool.

The Ibiza region

The island in Ibiza is the jewel in the crown of the Balearic Islands with its magnificent beaches, amazing dining and the world's best night-life.
The island of Ibiza covers an area of 572 km2 and is the third largest of the Balearic Islands. Ancient Greek settlers named Ibiza and its sister island Formentera the Pitiusan islands owing to the large expanses of pine trees which stretch from coast to coast.
As well as the stunning weather and beaches, Ibiza boasts many cultural attractions including the fortified Old Town of Ibiza known as Dalt Vila. This was named a World Heritage site by UNESCO in 1999.

Las Salinas, Cala Jondal, Playa den Bossa beaches are all within 5 minutes drive from Can Montelu.
Playa den Bossa is home to Space nightclub, Bora bora, the water park and new for Summer 2011 the impressive and luxurious Ushuaua Hotel and Beach club.
Pacha and Amnesia are all approxmately 5/10 minutes away in the car.

One of Ibiza's best restaurants is close by , Tratoria del Sol, but also Yemenya, Xarcue, Tropicana, Restaurante Sa Caleta , Tratoria del Sol are nearby, and of course the brilliant Blue Marlin which is in Cala Jondal. . Talamanca beach and Marina Botafoch are also just a short drive, as is the lovely village of Jesus which has a good variety of local shops, cosmopolitan Ibiza Town is also around the same distance. The villa is in a fantastic location with everything you need within 5km.

The magical island of Ibiza is full of surprises and contrasts and if you get hooked then you will be hooked for life. With the fantastic weather, unspoilt beaches, turquoise waters, and incredible sunsets, it is no surprise that this is where chill out music was originally created.

Ibiza is also famous for its extremely hip and glamorous night life, boasting fine restaurants, designer boutiques, cool night clubs and endless summer parties, for many the best night-life on offer in the Mediterranean and probably the best night clubs on offer in the world.

Inland however offers a totally different experience: Traditional peasant farmers using century old techniques share home-made wine with hippies from the 70s and celebrities from the cities. In the stunning unspoilt landscape there are secret dirt tracks that lead to ancient ritual sites or to some of the most expensive and luxurious real estate offered in Europe.

In Ibiza, anything and everything is possible.

“What a fantastic week!” We was met at the airport by a lovly lady who guided us to the villa. We arrived at the villa early morning and was greated by the two lovly staff members who showed us around the villa and discussed the villa in more detail. The location is excellant very peacfull and quiet. The gardens are very peacfull with allot of space to relax. The pool was clean, warm and inviting and was a real treat to wake up and take a nice early morning swim. The dining arae outside was very enjoyable and was perfect for those evening meals enjoyed together. The bedrooms was well equiped with a plenty of wardrob space, cupboards and draws. The bathrooms was well equiped, clean, tidy and functional. The kitchen was also very well equiped we cooked and prepaired food every day, plenty of cups, saucers, plates, bowls and cutlery, large fridge and a great oven. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay a real home from home would go back without hesitation.
