The villa is set on two floors and decorated and furnished throughout to a high standard. Located upstairs you will find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two twin bedrooms with a bathroom. There is a private terrace which can be accessed from both the master bedroom and the hallway.
Downstairs you have a further 2 twin bedrooms and a large third bathroom, with an impressive round bath. As well as the living room there are two inside dining areas and a well equipped kitchen.
The outside area of this Villa is great. With various seating areas, terraces and balconies, A large pool, barbecue, a fourth bathroom with shower accessible from the pool area and dining areas. For extra security, the Villa has an automatic gate.
Situated on the outskirts of the main town of Ibiza, the Villa is located in an exclusive residential area, within walking distance of shops, supermarkets, cafe's and a 30 minute walk to the beach at Playa D'en Bossa.
Close to Ibiza town, with a regular bus service into town where you will find the best shops and boutiques, stylish bars, delicious restaurants and the trendy world famous clubs. it is the ideal location for your Ibiza holiday, close to the action, but enough removed to be absorbed in your own private tranquillity.

Upstairs in our villa there is a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. There are doors which open onto the private terrace which can also be accessed by another entrance. Here you have comfortable furniture and can overlook the swimming pool and take in the view's of the southern coast.
Also upstairs are two twin bedrooms and a bathroom which they would share.
Downstairs there are a further two twin bedrooms and a large bathroom for use. The single beds are large in size and are a small double bed each.
There is an impressive lounge/dining area which has large windows which can open onto the terrace. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you desire and from here you have another large dining room which is home to a large handmade dining table and chairs as well as comfortable sofas.

At the front of the villa there is a seating area and secure parking. The side of the villa is surrounded by trees and plants. There is a large sundeck area and sunbeds to relax on with areas of sun or shade if you prefer. The swimming pool is large in size and private. You also have a barbecue and outside eating area - perfect for summer dining. For extra security, the villa has an automatic gate.
You need to send 50% of the entire rental price to book the villa, the remaining 50% is to be paid 6 - 8 weeks prior to your arrival. Should your holiday be within the eight week period, we would ask for you to pay the full amount for the villa.
We ask that the security deposit is in cash form of your chosen currency. We do not accept cheque or credit card as a form of a deposit.
Prices for the property are per week Saturday to Saturday and are displayed in Euros.
Should you wish to have a cot or high chair for your holiday this can be arranged for your arrival.
The Ibiza region
The world Ibiza conjures up a wide range of emotions for a wide variety of people. There are the clubs which are famous across the world, Pacha, Space, Amnesia to name but a fiew. The beach bars which are impressively stylish, Blue Marlin, Guarana, Amante and Ushuaia Beach bar are a few which we particularly love. However head away from the maddening crowds and you can discover a whole different side of Ibiza, the island that we all love so much. The quiet beaches where the local fishermen will start cooking their catch of the day for you to sample, the cliff top view of Es Vedra with the mystical rock just off the western coast of Ibiza or perhaps head over to Formentera, Ibiza neighbouring sister island which is simply idyllic.
Ibiza Town is steeped in history and it's great to walk up to the top of the Dalt Vila with impressive panoramic views over the south of the island.
The Ibiza Town area
San Jordi is the nearest village to our villa and you can walk there, taking an easy 15 minutes. Here you have a wide range of shops along with a few bars and restaurants. A cute church and school are the hub of the village and you can really lose yourself amongst Spanish way of life.
On a Saturday you have the San Jordi market which is worth heading to and is certainly authentic.
Playa den Bossa beach is the nearest to the villa and it would take you approximately 30 minutes to walk to. Playa den Bossa is also home to Space nightclub, Bora bora, the water park and new for Summer 2011 the impressive Ushuaua Hotel and Beach club.
Public transport is less than a five minute walk away and it is an easy connection into Ibiza Town.
Pacha, Space and Amnesia are all approxmately 5/10 minutes away in the car.

Ibiza is a six month resort which operates between May and October. During this time you can fly with Easyjet, Ryanair, Iberia/British Airways, AirEuropa, Spanair, Aer Lingus along with a wide range of tour operators as well. During the winter months you can travel on Ryanair to the island of Ibiza or choose to fly via the mainland before heading over to the island.

Villa Amador is a lovely large villa in the San Jordi area of Ibiza (5 mins drive from Playa D'en Bossa and 15 mins from Ibiza Town). We throughly enjoyed our stay and even with 10 adults the villa never felt cramped. The pool area is lovely with ample loungers and umbrellas for all.
In terms of location, the villa is located in fairly residential area which is nice as you don't get a lot of noise from the neighbours - however there are also restrictions on the level of noise that can be made between 11pm to 8am - so potentially not an ideal location if you are looking for a party.
The local shops are a couple of minutes away by car or a 15 minute walk. There is a bus stop nearby so you can use the local bus service if you don't have a car. We had cars but the local taxi service was very effecient and cheap so you could manage without one if you wanted.
The staff at Ibiza Villa were great throughout the whole process from reservation, meet & greet and check out.
Overall a great experience and we would definitely hire the villa again.

Extremely helpful and knowledge of the island. The Check in was professional and all our concerns were put to ease on our arrival. We had some great nights out in nearby Ibiza and we would definitely look to head back there next year.
