Ideally situated in the prestigious surroundings of Paseo Maritimo, the apartment provides easy access to the fashionable restaurants, bars and boutiques of Marina Botafoc. Personal favourites are Yatori Organic Restaurant downstairs and the famous Passion Cafe a few minutes walk away.

Talamanca beach is only a few minutes away on foot and provides a great place to start the day with a refreshing swim followed rest and relaxation and a choice of a variety of bar and restaurants along the beach.

For evening excursions into the “old town” a fabulously enjoyable taxi boat provides a wonderful view of the town from the water during the summer months. The taxi boat leaves every half hour from the Marina or Leo.

For those that have come to the Island to enjoy the legendary atmosphere of Ibiza's famous nightlife, discothèques Pacha and Leo are conveniently situated within a three minute walk, despite being close they are also far enough away to not be disturbed.

Where ever your day or night adventures take you, coming home to Apartment 8.4.2 is a real treat. Relax to your favourite tunes on the surround sound player or watch a DVD on the 42” plasma TV. Modern in design and furnished to the highest standard to ensure you have a comfortable and relaxing stay.

There is a spacious living room with dining area leading to the large terrace approx 30m2 furnished with a very chic post modern outdoor table designed by a local Ibizian artist that is perfect for evening drinks with friends before heading out for the night.

The three bedrooms have all been fitted with cherry wood wardrobes throughout but furnished to have their own distinct character. The Master bedroom is wonderfully spacious super king sized bed, second bedroom is arranged as a twin (although the bed's can be put together if desired to make a double), third bedroom is a double.

Both bathrooms are of the highest quality with Italian marble tiles providing a modern and stylish finish throughout. The master en suite bathroom has a bath/shower and the second bathroom is a shower room.

The Ibiza region

Nowhere is a better example of the magic and charm of Ibiza, than in the island's capital Ibiza Town (Eivissa) within 15 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by marina taxi boat.

This really is the most fascinating part of the island, day or night, where you'll encounter a concentration of all the attractions and eccentricities which have made Ibiza world famous.

Explore the busy Port area, where the buzzing nightlife of bars, cafes and stalls sit together in a mix typical of Ibiza; the Marina, adorned with only the finest restaurants and yachts; the historic Old Town, whose magnificent 16th century walls guard a maze of spectacular restaurants and views.

Take it nice and easy in Plaza del Parque watching the beautiful people go past; shop to your heart's content in Ibiza Town's boutiques, stalls and bargain bins; dine in one of the many restaurants, for a moment of blissful calm amidst the action and you can even catch a ferry to Formentera or the neighbouring beaches!

One of the joys of being on holiday in Ibiza is that, no matter where you are, especially when driving, you are never far from one of the many wonderful beaches or secluded little coves.........there are over 30 to choose from!

A day trip to the stunning white beaches of Formentera is a must, only 30 minutes by boat from the port (10 minutes walk from the apartment) enjoy walks or hire a bike or moped to do a tour of the island.

The council has installed wooden walkways that enable visitors to walk, cycle or jog the length of the beaches. Some also have wooden benches strategically positioned to help you enjoy the view!

Ibiza's summer season and the first really warm beach days begin in May, with beautiful clear, sunny days and temperatures in the mid-twenties.

Between the months of June and September, there is very little rain fall. In August and September the temperature rises to over 30º C. With water temperatures of 25º - 27º C, beach babes are in their element!

What to pack.......

May, June and September - During the evening you'll need a jersey, sweatshirt or light jacket, especially for windy days.

July and August - Now it's really hot, so you'll only have to pack beachwear like t-shirts and shorts for the day and loose fitting tops for the evening. Thin cotton trousers are popular with the locals.

October - Better to bring a couple of warm jerseys and a jacket for the evenings.....

"Amazing location, cool apartment"

"The best location."

Superb apartment in an excellent location, 3 minutes walk from Pacha, 5 minutes from Talamanca Bay, 5 minutes from Marina Botafoch and 15 mins stroll to Ibiza town. Small but well stocked supermarket under apartment building and another good supermarket opposite the back of Ibiza Gran Hotel, 5 minutes away. We hired a car but only used it once as everything is on your doorstep, plus a taxi rank opposite Pacha to take you to the San An sunsets. Some great restaurants in the area at the Marina and on the beach.
Well equipped apartment with plenty of space for 6 people with a nice pool. More of a residential building, so no loud Brits!
Would definitely return.

"Perfect for closing parties"

Stayed here for the last week of Ibiza closing parties.

Flat was lovely and spacious (although didn't overlook the marina) and had nice view into the hills.

2 Minute walk to Pacha - perfect.

Being in Ibiza town, we were far enough removed from the rather shabby San An crowd. Local bars and restraunts were good but as with most things in Ibiza Town, a little pricy.

This flat would be good for a family or people looking to hit Ibiza hard!!

It comfortably slept six adults - we will seriously consider doing the same again next year!!

"A great location for the beach and nightlife; safe and secure and offers some quiet time by the pool."

A great location with a small shop and bar at the bottom of the apartment block. Not many English in this part of Ibiza, but don't tell everyone! Feels very safe and secure. A 5-10 minute walk to Pacha and the same in the other direction to the beach - good paella at the restaurants there. A 15-20 minute walk into Ibiza town and the port for busier restaurants and bars is convenient. A nice apartment inside with modern furniture design and great air-con. A little bit noisy at times (mainly afternoon) in the apartment area with building work near by and a few families with children around the pool. Nothing headphones won't solve! And hopefully the building work will be finished when we return next year!
