About the home

Villa Daniel sleeps 15 people in 7 bedrooms. There is also a possibility of hiring Villa Tom next door which sleeps 8. Villa Daniel was completely renovated in 2008 make it truly amazing Finca.. It is also in an excellent location for Ibiza, 4 mins drive to Ibiza Town and Playa Den Bossa, 5 minutes drive to Cala Jondal and Salinas beaches and only a minutes walk to the supermarket and good public transport. There is even a wonderful country club next door which guests can use for a small fee. This is excellent for the kids in the summer..

Villa Daniel is a 400 year old finca which can sleep 15 people. The villa is stunning. Originally it was the main farmhouse owning all the land right up to the coast, which included a lot of Playa Den Bossa and Ibiza. Unfortunately, previous generations of the family sold most of it off. It has been completely refurbished inside and has a real family feel.

In 2008 the villa will underwent a complete facelift. 4 new bathrooms, a new en suite room and a brand new chill out area around the pool. The Villa is fantastic. The villa can now sleep 15 people, and will offer 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

You enter the house into a large living / dining area. To the left is a large modern kitchen with its own chill out / sitting room area (an excellent room), straight ahead is a large bathroom / shower with its own tree in the middle of the room. To the right is a double bedroom with two twin beds, and then through another arch is another double bedroom with twin beds next to the stairs leading to the first floor. Outside next to the pool and to the side of the kitchen is a studio room, with twin beds and an en suite bathroom. There is also another room by the pool with two twin beds.

Upstairs: There are 3 large bedrooms. The first bedroom is a double with is own toilet and basin and a round bath / shower in a round window overlooking the garden. Very unusual. To the left is the brand new en suite master bedroom with twin beds, and straight ahead is another en suite double bedroom with its own balcony and a double bed. This house is about 3500 square feet and can easily sleep 15 people.

The house has many antique items of furniture and Balinese furniture. A great combination. It also has air conditioning, however Fincas do not really require this due to their thick walls.

The outside area includes an outside dining room, BBQ area and a wonderful swimming pool. There is even an old bread oven. The villa is entered through its own private electric gate

The Ibiza region

The "White Island" of Ibiza is infamous for its night life. and amazing sunsets. However Ibiza has 2 World Heritage sites, The extraordinary Old Town and the Salt flats of Salinas. It also has some of the best beaches in Europe and some of the most stunning scenery.

For those who like to walk there are many beautiful country walks and for the more adventurous you can go off road and enjoy Ibiza's wonderful countryside, traditions and historical architecture dating back to Roman times.

Ibiza has many secrets that are just waiting to be discovered.

Pacha, Space 5 mins drive. Space and Amnesia night clubs are 10 minutes drive.

Cala Jondal, Salinas, Sa Caleta and Playa Den Bossa beaches are all within 5 minutes drive

There is a supermarket 1 minutes walk

A Country club 150 metres from the house which guests can use for an entry fee (perfect for kids). There are lots of sports course there in the summer

Public Transport is 150 metres walk and taxis find the villa very easily

Villa Daniel is 2 km from Ibiza Airport, it takes about 5 minutes in a taxi.

The Villa is in an excellent location to get in and out of Ibiza Town, it is also walking distance from supermarkets and public transport.

The villa is also 5 mins from some wonderful beaches such as Cala Jondal and Salinas.
