Hyeres is half way between Toulon and St.Tropez. Hyeres has 300days of sun per year, and the apartment is located in the Victorian part of town; 200 metres from the historic medieval centre, but only 2 miles from Hyeres' 15 miles of sandy beaches. The fabulous islands of Porquerolles and Port Cros are 10 minutes by ferry. Beautiful mountain villages and vinyards can be discovered within 3 miles, whilst fashionable St. Tropez is only 20 miles.
Days out could include St. Tropez; Cannes; Nice; Cap Ferat, Monaco;The Grand Canyon of the Verdon; Marseilles; Aix-en-Provence; Avignon; Arles; Orange; The Camargue; The Rhone Valley for wine lovers etc.etc.

Hyeres les Palmiers has an historic medieval town, smart Victorian town and miles of sandy beaches. It also has 3 famous Mediterranean gardens and 100's of palm trees and exotic plants.
All the water sports you could wish for with wind surfing, kite surfing, fishing, sailing and famous diving sites within 2 miles.
There are bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets - the nearest restaurant is 100 metres from the apartment. There's always lots going on in the town in summer with street theatre, jazz, modern and classical music up in the town, and various special markets both in the town and in the locality. The fruit, vegetables, fish and seafood are fantastic; plus there are loads of vinyards within a few miles so you shouldn't go thirsty.
All the water sports you could wish for, sailing, wind-surfing and famous diving sites are within 2 miles.Take a 10 minute ferry to the isles of Porquerolles and Port Cros for car-free walking or cycling, or you can just laze in the sun on the beautiful Almanarre beach.

Fly straight from Bristol or Stansted with Ryanair into 'Toulon/St. Tropez' Airport which is actually in Hyeres (Apartment is 10 mins from the airport) or into Nice or Marseille with easyjet, bmibaby, Thomsonfly, BA, etc.
