Local vineyards and chateaux are abundant, and the wine is world -renowned. There are several small art galleries in the village itself, and more to be seen in the towns of Hyeres and St Tropez.

The house is steps away from the Place de la Fontaine, and all the shops, bars and restaurants in the village.
Both the ground floor and the terrace kitchen are fully fitted, with cooker, fridge and dishwasher. On the ground floor there is a lounge area in front of the open fireplace, and dining table and chairs (4 to 6 people).
On the terrace there is a dining table (4 to 6 people) ,and banquettes for a sundown cocktail and sunning sessions.
The enclosed fitted kitchen has a microwave/convection oven, wine cooler,gas hob and counter top dishwasher and outside there is a built-in barbecue.
Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower,and separate WC cloakroom, and radiators.

Parking is possible in the Place de l'Horloge, but may be easier in the Place de l'Eglise, some 50 metres from the house.
There is also a new large free car park on the other side of the river, beyond the former chestnut factory.
