'Shani Apartment' is a part of the Oasis complex that consists of Oasis 1, 2 and 5, and is within the exclusive Intercontinental/ Mubarak 6 area. The apartment has easy access to many amenities, such as the new 5km promenade that is lined with an array of restaurants, bars and bazaars. It is also approximately 10 minutes from the airport.
The Oasis complex benefits from three pools (plus 2 small children pools), and an extremely large roof terrace that joins Oasis 1, 2 and 5 together. The apartment is fully furnished to a high European standard with everything you would need to have an enjoyable and comfortable stay.
The bedroom also leads directly on to the pool area! With one twin bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, the apartment is ideal for small families,c ouples and divers.

The Red Sea Riviera/Sinai region
Hurghada at one time used to be a simple fishing village. Now with its clear waters, unspoiled reefs, Water sports, bazaars, restaurants, leading hotels, lively atmosphere and its all year round sunshine it has become one of the most popular red sea destinations in Egypt.
The climate in Hurghada is of all year round sunshine with a dry desert climate and a steady breeze. Summer temperatures are very hot and even winter temperatures lie between 20 – 25 degrees making this a perfect all year round destination.
Hurghada is also only a 3 hour coach journey from the famous ancient Egyptian sites in Luxor; home of the Luxor and Karnak temples, and the Valley of the Kings. 8 hours north of Hurghada is Cairo; home of the Giza Pyramids, Sphinx and Cairo Museum.
Hurghada / Intercontinental District
Hurghada is a relatively new town. It is an up and coming area where local life blends in with the Tourist hot spots. Hurghada is a developing area so there are always new shops, Hotels and apartments opening up.
There are three main areas. The nearest to the apartment is 'Village Road' where the new 5km promenade stretches with its abundance of shops, restaurants, bars and hotels. Then there is the bustling area of 'Sekalla' where the locals and tourists combine.
This is also where the fantastic new Hurghada Marina is located with its European restaurants, bars/clubs, shops and the first 'Bungee Ball' in Egypt! Lastly there is the old town called 'El Dahar' where a lot of the locals live and work. Here you can find carpenters, iron mongers etc working in there shops, and are able to make you anything you might need.
The main activities in Hurghada are located on the Red Sea, with its world famous diving/snorkelling sites, which are truly outstanding. Of course you can also relax on a boat, and enjoy the fantastic all year round sun without getting your feet wet!
There are so many other activities such as bowling, quad biking, Jeep safaris, two water parks (Sindbad and Titanic Water Parks), wind surfing, kite surfing, submarine tours. A day trip to the exclusive resort of El Gouna is also a worthwhile day out, with its man made lagoons and islands, it is something special and different.
There are many famous chains within Hurghada such as McDonalds, Hard Rock Cafe, Little Buddha, KFC, Pizza Hut, Nike, Adidas, Costa Coffee among others, so you can always find a little of home.
There are two main food shopping establishments. The Egyptian one is called Abu Ashara, and the newest one is a French chain called 'Metro', of which the largest is a 5 minute taxi journey from the apartment.
As you can see there is much to do and see, and you will be spoilt for choice!
How to get there
Flights are direct from the UK to Hurghada and take approx 5 hours, with the apartment a short 10 minute drive.
