A ground floor 2 bed apartment located in Esplanada Resort in the most sought after sea front locations in Hurghada. The apartment has sea views and is approx. 20 metres to the beach & just 5 minutes from the Airport, it also overlooks large green oasis and surounding palm trees.The resort benefit from being at the beach front with its own shared large swimming pool and separtate small pool for under 5's. Resort residents have full and free use of the sun loungers, gym, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Adjectent to the resort you will find one of the largest closed shopping centres in Hurghada (Esplanada Mall). The Red Sea Riviera/Sinai region
Climate in Egypt is warm all year round which makes it an ideal holiday destination. Winter and spring being the milder part of the year averaging between 18°C - 30°C and the summer/ autumn being the hotter time of the year averaging between 30°C - 40°C.
Egypt Red Sea coast is to the east of the country following 800km shorline from the boarder with Sudan in the south to Suez in the north, it takes its name from mineral-rich. ranges of the mountains which led to old-times mariners to dub the water 'Mare Rostrum' or the Red Sea.
The Red Sea is a fantastic diving and fishing location thanks to the host of exotic sea life and coral, the richness and diverse eco-system of the Red Sea means there are 1100 species of fish have been recorded and about 10% of these have been found no where else, including 75 species of deep water fish making it an ideal location for scuba diving enthusiasts.
But its not all about the coast resorts, as the eastern desert boasts whole swathes of relatively unexplored terrain, mainly populated by native gazelle , ibex and a birdwatcher's paradise because of the countless migrating birds that head for the Red Sea annually.
Hurghada area
Hurghada has dramatically metamorphased into the largest Red Sea Resort. It boasts unspoilt nature, the clarity of the sea and the endless opportunities for divers. Coral reefs can be discovered joining one of the many boat expeditions out to the near by islands. Giftun is the largest islandis about 10km from Hurghada though there are many similar islands.
Hurghada is divided into three parts, Downtown 'El Dahar' & 'Sakkala' is the oldest parts and 'El Korra way' (Refered to as 'Village Road' or 'Resorts way') is the most modern part and is located in the Touristic Centre.
The Touristic Centre is where Hurghada comes alive, it streches for about 5 km with top 5 star hotels, shops, cafes, restaurants such as the Fish House and the Little Budda, Hard Rock Cafe lining both side of the promenade. Many restaurants, bars, shops, small pubs and internet cafes are available all over the Hurghada. Every food taste from McDonalds to Japanese Gourment food is available.
The popular Sindbad hotel houses one of the most popular Aqua Parks directly next to Esplanada Resort and Mall. A day in the Aqua Park including lunch and use of the fun slides costs appox. £19, ideal for families with active kids! Alternatilty if you like exploring under the sea without getting wet, you can book yourself a submarine trip, also from the Sindbad Hotel, at round about £20.
El Dahar is where the towns largest bazaars, post office and long distance bus stations are situated.
Sakkala is the kind of place where Hurghada where Egyptian people go about their every day life. Sakkala down town is a dense collection of hotels, restaurants, lots of bazaars and tourist shops. it is about 10 min away by taxi or local bus.

Further details indoors: Each bedroom has 3 large single beds, the 3rd one can be pulled out from under one of the 2 beds. Thus making a total of 6 large single beds plus a large settee in the living room converts to a double bed to sleep up to 2 more people.
- Linen are provided and not to be taken from the apartment.
- The apartment is self contained and cleaning equipment is provided for during your stay. On arrival the apartment will have been cleaned. - Internet access is availabe free from McDonalds (directly behind the resort) offering free Wi Fi access as well numerous internet cafes around the resort.
Whilst children are welcome, the apartment has not been made 'child proof'.Parents should be aware that the pool is unsupervised and children and non-swimmers must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Further details outdoors: - The resort boasts 24/7 security in the resort. In addition to a laundry room. - If you require housekeeping, this can be arranged with the management office for approx. L.E 150 (I.E £15) for general cleaning. - On-site management office will take care of any problems encountered during your stay and can offer additional extras which can be pre-arranged through a booking
- Check in from 3pm and check out by 12pm - guests must adhere to these times to ensure the apartment can be cleaned and ready as per the cleaning schedule. - If you require the apartment later than 12pm on the final day of your intended stay, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.
This is a private families owned resort t and therefore suitable for families with young children, for couples who prefer a quiet resort or a great base for divers and water sport enthusiasts.
Conditions
- Strictly no smoking except in the balcony.
- Refundable breakages/Damage deposit of £150 (required no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival) in case of loss, damage or excessive usage of utilities. Any loss, damage or breakages that occur must be reported to our agent. This breakages deposit will be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Booking deposit - 25% of rental fee is required to secure booking (non-refundable). - the Remaining 75% rental rate required no later than 8 weeks prior to date of arrival. If the final balance is not received by this date then the booking will be treated as a cancelation and the booking deposit will not be refunded.
- For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival date 100% rental rate & Breakages/Damage Deposit is payable to secure booking.
- Cancellations must be confirmed in writing at least 6 weeks prior to the date of arrival to be eligible for a full refund of the rental rate paid + Breakages/Damage Deposit paid. 30% refunds will be made to those cancelling within 2 - 6 weeks prior to arrival date and 10% for canceling within 2 weeks prior to arrival.
If you have to cancel for a reason covered by your insurance policy, you should be able to recover the cancellation charges. Claims must be made directly to the insurance company concerned.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT to cancel your booking if the balance is not paid by the due date.

We had the most wonderful time at Esplanada thanks. The apartment was fantastic and the resort was perfect. Really quiet and relaxing...just what we needed! :-) We all went a day trip to Luxor where we visited the Karnak Temple, the Valley of the Kings before finishing off with a horse drawn carriage ride around Luxor. It was the best birthday ever! Thanks again for all your help and for letting us stay at the most wonderful venue for our holiday. We will never forget this holiday that's for sure!
