Large Private Villa with ample space for 2 or more families if required . Perfect for sun all year round. Day excursions to Luxor and within easy reach of the Red Sea for water sports.

The villa comprises of two self contained units and therefore can suit both small and large parties.

The villa was designed specifically by the owner and is not part of a large development - whilst less than 5 minutes taxi from Hurghada and all its facilities. Please note the immediate vacinity is still a work in progress and building work is ongoing.

The Red Sea Riviera/Sinai region

Within 5 hours of the UK and ideal for sun all year round, Hurghada lies on the Red Sea and offers a great destination for the family holiday with a difference. Hurghada is a gateway to the underwater paradise of the Red Sea and a full spectrum of diving courses can be taken from Novice all the way to Divemaster. For those not wanting a qualification Try Dives are available where a guide simply holds your hand !! Snorkeling and the traditional beach holiday provides for those who want to stay on top of the surface.

Hurghada also offers access to all of Egypt's history. Trips to Luxor, where you can visit the majestic temple of Karnak, the Nile and the Valley Of the Kings (the resting place of Tutankhamen) can be made in a day. For those with more time, overnight trips to Cairo and the Pyramids are available and can be organised by the Villa Manager . If you require a part villa holiday / part Nile Cruise / Cairo break these can be organised.

Hurghada / Magawish Village area

Magawish Village is a within 5 kilometres of Hurghada International Airport and within easy reach of the sea. It is just 5 minutes taxi away from Hurghada's new strip which offers a wealth of restaurants, ranging from the traditional local Arabic cuisine, all the way to western foods including Italian, Sea Food, Chinese and even Curry Houses!!

Many hotels (ie. Hilton / Intercontinental), have several restaurants as well as there being family favourites such as Macdonalds, Kentucky and Pizza Hut for those less adventurous or on a budget!! - Price is rarely an issue in Hurghada - its guaranteed to be cheaper than home!!! - Macdonalds even deliver to the Villa! The Hard Rock Cafe is always highly recommended and don't forget to buy the T-shirt!!.

For those wanting more hustle and bustle Downtown Hurghada with its shopping and night life is an experience in itself and is no more than 10 minutes by taxi. Prepare to haggle - its all fun and bargains are available for the brave of heart. Fixed price shops are there for the less adventurous. Local specialities are the Perfume shops, Papyrus and alabaster. Ask the Villa Manager for guidance

Kids will also love a day at the Titanic Water Park with rides to suit all ages.

Locally trips into the desert via Jeep or quad bikes are readily available and starlit BBQs with the Bedouins are a must.

Beach sports are available locally and Magawish is home to a world renowned Kite Surfing Centre. There are also two golf courses are within a short drive from the villa - Remember just ask the Manager.

"My Husband, myself and our 2 Eldest Sons came here in June this year (2009) for 3 weeks. We were later joined by some very good friends of ours and thier family. All in all there were 9 of us.
The Villa was fantastic, we found it to be very spacious even with 9 of us occupying it. The pool was big enough even with all of us in. The facilities there were just what we required, i.e. Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Iron and Ironing Board, TV, DVD & Satelite and just all the usual things you have at home. We had nights in and cooked in the kitchen, we had a couple of barbeque's which were great. In fact everything we needed was all right there.

It was great to wake up in the morning with the sunrise and the peacefulness, the weather was just fantastic and as you looked out of the Villa you could see the desert for miles it really was quite breathtaking.
Although there is a lot of building going on around the Villa and in Magawish itself, I can honestly say there really was no noise at all. We were not disturbed at all. We had no problem's travelling around Magawish and other places.

Our House keeper was fantastic and gave us her phone number if we needed anything for the Villa or any transport or information. We felt we had known her for ages. She arranged for us to go to Cairo by plane and even arranged out hotel for us which was superb, also other excursions for us and believe me apart from them being fantastic they were well and truly worth every penny we paid.

I would quite happily come here to the Villa every year for my Holiday. It was a fantastic place to be. I really can't praise it enough. I have been to Egypt 5 times now (and know it like the back of my hand) staying in Hotels near Magawish and although that is nice I felt that the privacy in your own little place just made it more special.
