About the home

Spacious 1 bed apartment which sleeps 4/5 people. Five minutes walk to nearest beach, restaurants, bars and local supermarket. Water park 5 mins walk away. One street away from tourist centre of Hurghada new town. 5 mins walk to Hurghada's sandy beaches. Close to dive sites. The new marina is 10 minutes away in a taxi. All year round climate. Resort open all year round.

Apartment is only 3 years old. Spacious apartment which is 90 square metres (2 bed size). Fully furnished with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, air con/heating. Toaster, kettle, cafetierre, full range of cooking utensils, pans, etc. Shower, double wardrobe, 2 balconies off the lounge and bedroom. New 28" TV which has english channels, DVD/CD player. Small selection of DVD's, books and magazines. Two beach towels available for use, cooler bag. Hairdryer, maiden to dry clothes. Internet is available at Internet cafe across the road

£129 per week for whole apartment most weeks. Only Christmas week and Easter more expensive.
Towels and linen available as part of rental.

Hurghada New Marina

The Red Sea Riviera/Sinai region

All year round sunshine resort. Hurghada has 30km of long sandy beaches. It is served by an international airport which is 2 miles from the town. The old town has a daily ferry service to the resort of Sharm el Sheikh. It is a well known destination for sail boarders, divers and sunbathers. There are a large selection of diving centres in Hurghada. For the less sportilly interested visitors, hotels and resorts offer a large selection of less extreme, but rather relaxing kinds of water sports. A snorkel trip to Gifton Island is recommended. Trips are available by paddle boat, canoe, catamaran, glass bottom boats or submarines.

The Hurghada / Al Kawthr area

Lots of activities in the new tourist centre. Sinbad Water Park is one street away ad is ideal for children. apartment is next to the bowling alley. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Great for water sports and diving - well located for all the dive sites in Hurghada. Close to the new marina (10 mins in a taxi). El Gouna and Sahl Hasheesh are nearby resorts easily accessible from Hurghada. Address is corner of Bowling Road and Mohammed Said Street.

“Great Location” The apartment is in a great location 5 minutes from the main drag where the bars and restaurants are. Getting to the beach is easy too, there's one 5 minutes walk, but it was nicer to spend the 10-15 minutes it took to get to the Old Vic beach. The apartment has everything you'd expect - aircon, TV etc. and two balconies that get lots of sun in the afternoon. There was also a massive roof terrace that had the sun all day. We had the pool (which gets plenty of sun) to ourselves all week.
