About the home

Newly furnished 4th floor Studio apartment. Very clean and comfortable property, finished to a high European standard. Has a large balcony, with bamboo patio furniture, overlooking the 220sqm swimming pool with children's pool.
The Studio itself has a fully equipped kitchen for a self catering holiday, inc fridge freezer, microwave, 2 ring hob, toaster, kettle + crockery, pans and utensils. Air conditioning. Sat TV. Free Wifi.
The complex itself is 5 floors, with 5 large elevators and was completed in late 2009. The swimming pool with children's pool is 220sqm and is surrounded by sunbeds, parasols, landscape gardens and pergola bar.
There is a very large communal sun terrace on the roof, with panoramic views of both the Red Sea and the City, where you can enjoy the beauty of both sunrise and sunset.
It is ideally placed, as most central amenities, dive centers, beaches, restaurants and nightlife are within 1km - 1.5km.
The airport is a 10 minute drive

Ferry Terminal - With ferries going to Sharm el Sheikh 4 days a week. 10 mins stroll from apt.

Sakalla - downtown, where you will find the hustle and bustle of bazaars and busy nightlife with many bars and restaurants of all nationalities. 15 min stroll from apt.

Village Road - Tourist area has 5km promenade with hotels, Aqua Park, Hard Rock Cafe, Little Bhudda, coffee shops, bars, restaurants, Bowling Centre with pool and billiard tables and Submarine trips. 10 min taxi ride.

El Dahar - The old town area where you will find the normal Egyptian way of life and soak up the local atmosphere and hospitality.

El Gouna - Is a gated town, about 20 mins away by taxi, and has fabulous double Marinas, lakes, aquarium, shops and restaurants. As well as a challenging 18 hole golf course, horse riding, go karting and kite surfing.

Other areas include Magawish, Sal Hashish, Makadi Bay and many more.

“Ideal studio for location -” Beach and reef across the road, and the apartment was a very short trip to the Marina and downtown Hurghada. It was so hot that the pool was a welcome way to cool down in the early evenings before we got ready to go out. Hurghada is very fast and colourful – but very safe and friendly. The egyptians all very pleased to see Brits, and went out of their way to help us. First class reefs just offshore, we saw amazing sea life via snorkels all week. We will be back! Response: It's always a pleasure to hear our guests have enjoyed their stay in our beautiful, safe city of Hurghada, Egypt.

“A very enjoyable week at Paradise Hill in this lovely Studio and complex” We spent an excellent week in Paradise Hill and loved the apartment, complex and the location is excellent, great for getting in and around Hurghada which has everything to offer. Dawn and Mamo could not do enough for us, the airport is close by where they met us and they took us shopping on arrival and showed us around Hurghada and gave us lots of advice and recommendations. Truly a unique personal service which helped us so much. I would highly recommend Paradise Hill and staying in this lovely apartment and you will be well looked after by Dawn and Mamo during your time in Egypt.
