About the home

This new, 3rd floor, 1bedroom apartment, is a very spacious, clean and comfortable property.
The complex itself, was completed in 2009 and has 5 floors with 5 large elevators.

It's only a 10 minute stroll to downtown Sakala and New Marina, where you'll find a good selection of pubs, clubs, coffee shops, restaurants, and the main tourist shopping area with all it's bazaars.
0.25km to nearest beach.
Activities available in Hurghada include, Water Sports, Snorkeling, Diving, Kite Surfing, Fishing, Boat Trips, Desert Jeep Safari, Quad Biking, Go-Karts, Aqua Parks, Cinema, Camel Rides.


The apartment itself is newly furnished and fully equipped for a self catering holiday. It has a large balcony overlooking the Swimming Pool with kiddies pool. The pool area has a pergola and bar/snack area is surrounded by a landscaped garden/patio area with plenty of sunbeds and parasols, making this a very relaxing resort.

The roof has a very large communal terrace, complete with sunbeds, where you can watch the sun rise from the Red Sea and watch the sun set over the mountains, one being equally as fantastic as the other.
There is also a promenade and public beach within 0.5km walk.

The Red Sea Riviera/Sinai region

Ferry Terminal - With ferries going to Sharm el Sheikh 4 days a week. 10 mins stroll from apt.

Sakala - downtown, where you will find the hustle and bustle of bazaars and busy nightlife with many bars and restaurants of all nationalities. 15 min stroll from apt.

Village Road - Tourist area has 5km promenade with hotels, Aqua Park, Hard Rock Cafe, Little Bhudda, coffee shops, bars, restaurants, Bowling Centre with pool and billiard tables and Submarine trips. 10 min taxi ride.

El Dahar - The old town area where you will find the normal Egyptian way of life and soak up the local atmosphere and hospitality.

El Gouna - Is a gated town, about 20 mins away by taxi, and has fabulous double Marinas, lakes, aquarium, shops and restaurants. As well as a challenging 18 hole golf course, horse riding, go karting and kite surfing.

Other areas include Magawish, Sahl Hasheesh, Makadi Bay and many more.

“really well equipped, clean spacious apartment” We had a great stay at the apartment, it was well equipped and clean, as was the complex. The staff were very helpful and really friendly.
