About the home

Oasis Resort is a purposely built holiday resort , situated in Northern Hurghada.
Its round construction is an ingenious way of making sure that all the apartments have a balcony overlooking the three enormous pools, and also provide a great way of making the pool area protected from the wind.

Our apartment is in block D and so the balcony is in the shade in the afternoon when the sun is the hottest.
There are two bedrooms ( one main bedroom with a double bed and the second bedroom with two single beds ) whilst the sofa bed in the living room can sleep another two persons.

The restaurant servers excellent food ( European and Egyptian ) and is great value for money.
The staff on site are helpful and try their best to accommodate your requests.

We can arrange airport pick ups ( optional charge ) and will provide you with a COMPLIMENTARY food starter pack ( some basic food and drink requirements ) IF YOUR FLIGHT ARRIVES DURING THE NIGHT.

The apartments is SMOKE FREE but you may smoke in the balcony. Please respect our neighbours by using the ashtrays and refraining from smoking pipes and cigars as the smell of such tobacco may bother them.

The Red Sea Riviera/Sinai region

Hurghada is located on the Red Sea Coast and according to many, is just about far South as to make its climate just right. Winters are very mild and several European tourists still manage to dip in the pools / sea even though they are a bit chilly, whilst in the long Summer season, the climate is not too hot as further down South.

Hurghada has been spared from the recent political turmoil in Egypt, as most of the protests etc happened in Cairo and have not effected the calm atmosphere that reigns in the region.

The Hurghada / El Noor area

Hurghada is a great holiday town on Red Sea Coast. With so much activity happening all around, you are guaranteed a memorable holiday.

** It is ideal to relax in the resort with great weather practically all year round. Oasis resort boasts of three enormous pools, day tickets can also be purchased for several other lidos offering all types of water sports whilst there are also public ( free ) great beaches with crystal clear waters.

** Diving or snorkling is a must do in Hurghada as the marine life on the coral reefs is amazing. Hurghada is just the right place to spend a few days relaxing before or after going on a diving liveaboard as most of the Red Sea's Diving companies operate from here.

** If Golf is your sport then Hurghada is situated just a short drive from more than one golf course including the El Gouna Golf Course.

** For your shopping Hurghada has to offer a vast variety of International franchises in one of the shopping malls or just in the main shopping areas of the different districts of the town. However a visit to the local Souqs is a must and you will surely be able to pick up a great bargain from the thousands of local stores.

** Dining and nightlife is complimented by a a large array of restaurants offering local and international cuisine with extremely reasonable pricing. Nightclubs including The Ministry of Sound , Hed Kandi and Hard Rock Cafe are all prenet in Hurghad and offer excellent clubbing experiences.

** For those who are more adventurous, camel riding or Quad biking in the desert is an experience not to be missed.

** For those who are interested in the Egypt's history, a day tour from Hurghada to Luxor will give you a chance to visit World famous history sites like the Temple of Karnak and The Valley of the Kings which will surely leave you breathless.

Hurghada has a small but efficient airport with several direct flights from Gatwick , Glasgow, Birmingham and Manchester and other cities throughout Europe.

Cheap flights available from Easyjet.co.uk, Thomson, Thomas cook, Monarch and Flyglobespan and other low cost operators.

Otherwise you can fly to Cairo and get one of the frequent connection flights to Hurghada.

Oasis resort is just a short 10 minute drive from Hurghada airport.
Car hire from major car hire companies is available at the airport, taxis are cheap and efficient and local mini buses run regularly to and from most parts of Hurghada including the main road just in front of the resort and also going up to the near by must see El Gouna.

The resort also runs a shuttle mini bus service to the town centre.
