This development is arguably one of the best located developments in Hurghada. Conveniently close to the airport (not close enough to be disturbed by it), the development is not overlooked by any other buildings and from the apartment you can enjoy undisturbed views of the sunset across the desert. Unlike everywhere else in Hurghada, this area is complete and there is no building work going on.
Walking distance from the promenade (Village Road) which boasts many restaurants including the world famous Hard Rock Cafe! Other restaurants include european, middle-eastern and Asian cuisine as well as bars, coffee shops, and if you afraid of trying something new, there is a KFC, MacDonald’s and Pizza Hut all within 5 minutes away.
There are a couple of Egyptian cafes extremely close which serve really nice barbecued middle-eastern food and you can relax and enjoy a shisha (water-filtered smoking pipe) if you’re after sampling the local laid-back cuisine and lifestyle.

The sun shines in Hurghada 365 days a year and when it rarely rains, the water evaporates so quickly it’s as if it never happened. With an annual average temperature of 30°C (30-36°C April-October and 22-30°C November-March) you can’t go wrong whatever time of year your decide to go. Hurghada has become an international centre for aquatic sports like windsurfing, kite surfing, sailing, deep-sea fishing, swimming, and above all snorkelling and diving. The offshore reefs are considered some of the finest in the world. The warm waters are ideal for many varieties of fish and coral, which may also be observed from a glass bottom boat.

There is plenty to do in both the immediate vicinity of the apartment as well as the areas slightly further afield.
There are many restaurants within walking distance of the apartment, including the world famous Hard Rock Cafe where you can get some fantastic food, draft lager, and a large array of cocktails. Everywhere you go there are hundreds of restaurants serving all types of cuisine, but if you’re really stuck, there’s a Macdonald’s, KFC and Pizza Hut all walking distance from the apartment.
Although a majority of the population don’t drink alcohol, there are plenty of bars that will suit everyone, from quiet little cafe style joints where you can sip on a gin and tonic whilst watching the world go by, from sports bars where you can get a decent pint of draft lager, bowl of chips and watch the footie!
If you want more in terms of nightlife, there’s a nightclub called ‘Little Buddha’ within walking distance, but much better, 10 minutes in a cab and you can head to Hurghada Marina where you will find a Hed Kandi beach bar and the world famous Ministry of Sound night club where you will see guest DJs like Judge Jules on the decks!

You can fly direct to Hurghada International Airport from a number of European cities, including London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds/Bradford, Paris, Amsterdam, Berlin, Dusseldorf and many more. From the UK flights are operated all year round by EasyJet, Thomas Cook Airlines, Thomson Airways, Viking Airlines, Koral Blue Airlines.
The apartment itself is located 10 minutes (by car) from the airport, approx 300m from the coast, and a 5 minute walk from the promenade where there are many bars, restaurants, shops etc
