We are set in the heart of the Grampian hills, we are rural but not to far from towns such as Huntly, Turriff, Banff, Elgin .And Aberdeen is only one hour away. Lots to do such as fishing The Deveron, Golfing, Walking, Surfing,,horse ridding,Skiing, visiting Whisky distilleries and National trust properties.

Beautiful beaches very quiet.

This part of Scotland has more hours of sunshine then the rest of Scotland without the midges.


The area is close to market towns., fishing villages, beautiful scenery and lots of wild life.
