If you would like to enjoy the Maldives why pay thousands of Pounds to do it when you can get almost everything the resorts can offer and more for just for a few hundred Pounds.
From this September onwards we are providing our guests with a speed boat (Rigid Inflatable Boat) for their personal use with a captain. The boat can carry nine persons comfortably and can be used throughout Male; Atoll. We have arranged for you to travel to an uninhabited island known as Kuda Bandos (if you want everyday after breakfast) which has a magnificient beach and an excellant snorkelling spot . It can match any resort for its beauty. May resort clients visit the island as well. From our home to Kuda Bandos it takes ten minutes by boat.
In addition to Kuda Bandos you can take the boat to other magnificient spots around Male Atoll or just cruise around to enjoy the sea. Not many resorts would give its client a speed boat for their personal use.
We have also furnished the home so that you will have all the modern conveniences like air conditioning, hot and cold water, microwave, freezer, washing machine, satellite television, telephone and wifi internet throughout the home and the beach opposite, desktop computer, a laptop computer for the kids, upto the second weather information from an inhouse weather station. For night time enjoyment we are also providing a Meade MySky for star gazing.

The Kaafu Atoll region
Hulhumale' is an artificial island reclaimed near the capital city, it is surronded by other tourist resorts. It has a lovely beach with a huje lagoon. The climate is hot and sunny, but has a cool sea breeze. The island has all basic facilities and is developing rapidly. You can enjoy everything to do with the sea. You can go trolling, angling and fly fishing. In the mornings and evenings you can go dolphin spotting.
Humale area
It is close to the airport, the capital Male' and other tourist resorts. The beach and the lagoon is as clear as any other resort. You can walk to Club Med during low tide

Further details indoors: We are delighted to offer our holiday home in Maldives for your use as we are sure that you would love it as much as we do.
Our house is situated on an island close to the capital. A twenty minutes sea journey from the airport would take you to our home.
It has two rooms on the ground floor, a toilet and a lounge. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with attached toilet, kitchen, dining area, the sitting room and the balcony. Looking across the balcony through the coconut palms and the casuarina treesyou will see the magnificent Indian Ocean with stunning sun rises and serene moon rises.
If you love the sun, sea, sailing, snorkeling and fishing, our home will be your dream home too.
We have furnished the home so that you will have all the modern conveniences like air conditioning, microwave, freezer, washing machine, satellite television in each room, telephone and wifi internet throughout the home and the beach opposite.
In addition to the speed boat that we are going to provide you can enjoy our 14 feet sea eagle sail cat catamaran and the 10 feet Walker Bay boat “parked” in the garden. Just drag it to the beach and start sailing and fishing in the breathtaking ocean surrounding you.
Bring back the fish caught and barbeque them on the beach under the stairs and the moon and identify each star with the Meade Mysky star gazer
The home is very close to shops, restaurants and banks. Just two minutes walk would take you to these places and the island hospital, which has all the basic healthcare and emergency facilities..
If you like to enjoy the capital Male’ just hop into the ferry and you would be there in twenty minutes.
Upon arrival to the Maldives you will be met by our guide at the airport who will accompany you to our home. He will be available at all times to make your stay both enjoyable and comfortable.
Further details outdoors: Three boats for fishing and sailing are available free of charge, closeby there is a very good wave surfing spot as well facilities for scuba diving, wind surfing, dolphing spotting.

I wanted to write to you to express my satisfaction for the accommodation you provided to us while we were guests at Ocean Sounds.
We were happy with the standard of your facilitiies and the proximity of the house to the beach and to nearby grocery shops and locan restaurants, where the food was good value and of a very good quality.
Arusal our guide was helpful, professional and well organised, and knew where to take us and was flexible when he need to be.
Staying in your home can offer a mix between a local and resort experience, the "best of both worlds". We used your home as a base, from where we could discover Male', travel to an uninhabited island (twice), which was a fantastic experience, and visit various resorts on a day trip basis, which was a nice experience. Overall, we had a good opportunity to get to know more of your beautiful country in this way,

We found the accommodation to be ideally located for exploring, visiting Male and just relaxing and interacting with locals. It'a a great way to get to see the real Maldives, not just the inside of a resort and we are so glad we were able to enjoy both.
