DO NOT BE WORRIED ABOUT OUR CHEAP SPANISH HOLIDAY RENTAL PRICES, WE JUST OFFER A VALUE FOR MONEY FAMILY HOLIDAY IN A HIGH QUALITY HOLIDAY HOME / APARTMENT IN THE COSTA DE ALMERIA, SPAIN, JUST 20 MINUTES DRIVE TO THE BEACHES AT SAN JUAN DE LOS TERREROS.

A peaceful, quiet, relaxing, clean & tidy, great value self catering holiday home, just a 10 minute drive to Huercal Overa and a 20 minute drive to the beaches at San Juan de los Torreros. Casa Ana is set in the beautiful Spanish countryside with plenty to keep you and your family entertained.

Our petting animals are very popular with guests of all ages, our latest addition is Oscar, a vietnamese pot bellied pig!! we also have five pygmy goats (twins born recently), various breeds of chickens, roosters, quail, ducks, tortoises, many guinea pigs, rabbits, dogs & cats etc.

This home sleeps six people in three bedrooms, a double, a twin and a third bedroom with bunk beds. There is an open plan living, dining room and kitchen. The bathroom also has a shower over the bath. A cot and other items are available free of charge for babies and toddlers.

Casa Ana is two separate self contained apartments which share the outdoor facilities unless both homes are booked by you, including a large private fenced garden with swings, slide, swing ball etc (so your children can play whilst you relax) swimming pool (3.7m x 3.7m x 1.2 metre+ deep - safer for the young and elderly), bbq, sun loungers, trees, shaded areas, patio area, parking etc.

If you prefer to have the place to yourselves, please ask about booking both apartments at a reduced price. Please also see reference 20016 - one bed apartment below).

Casa Ana is away from main roads but is just a short drive to the towns, beaches, golf clubs, night-life etc of Huercal Overa, San Juan de Los Terreros, Mojacar, Vera, Garrucha, Aguilas, Lorca, Puerto Lumbreras. There is also a horse riding centre (Centro Hipico Del Almanzora) just 3km away where the whole family can learn to ride, go on a hack or relax in the bar and restaurant.


Free wireless internet access and a complimentary welcome pack are provided in the price.

The Costa de Almeria region

The Spanish Costa de Almeria is a great place to rent your holiday home in Spain and offers more days of sunshine (320) and the warmest winters than any other province in Spain and Europe making it an ideal holiday or living place any time of the year.

Almeria also provides numerous facilities including great sandy beaches, beautiful countryside ideal for wildlife lovers, ramblers, walkers ranging from amazingly green mountain ranges to dry arid desert landscapes, a variety of wildlife, lovely and historic Spanish towns and villages, golfing, water parks, scuba diving, horseriding, go-karting, markets, shops, cinemas, bowling alleys, discos, 4x4 off-roading, rambling, walking, bird watching holidays etc

The Mini-Holliwood Cowboy and Zoo theme park is just a drive away where many of the Spaghetti westerns like "A fist full of dollars" were filmed

The house is also located near the boarder of the Murcia province so the busy shopping cities of Lorca & Murcia and the seaside town of Aguilas are just a short drive away.

Huercal-Overa / El Saltador area

Huercal Overa is a historic and bustling Spanish town only 10 minutes from the holiday home and has a Monday market, many shops, restaurants, bars, children's parks and play areas, sports centre, tennis courts, a mini zoo, cinema, theatre, churches, hospital, many doctors, chemists, Internet cafes, disco, swimming pool, stables, football stadium, bus station, schools and everything you would expect from a large town.

The new Centro Hipico Del Almanzora Horse riding stables is just 5 minutes away between Cuevas, Pulpi & Guazamara.

Pulpi Town is less than 10 minutes drive.

There are many major golf courses including Mundo Aguilon(15 Minutes from us), Mojacar Marina de La Torres, Valle del Este, Cortijo Grande, Desert Springs near Cuevas del Almanzora and Lorca Golf Resort all within 40 muinutes of the house.

The countryside is very popular for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and painters.

El Saltador and San Francisco are 5 mintes drive away and have four bars / restaurants, mini supermarket, bakers, school, church, parks, doctors and horse riding stables.

Pulpi is a good sized town 10 minutes away on the way to the seaside and has numerous facilities including a Bars, restaurants, Wednesday market, train station to both Aguilas, Lorca and Murcia.

San Juan de Los Terreros with a Sunday market is 20 minutes away and has a fantastic coastline with many sandy beaches, an impressive maritime walk, beach bars, restaurants, discoteque and a castle.

Aguilas is 30 minutes away and is a large seaside town with every facility including a Saturday market.

Almendricos is 15 minutes away with bars, shops etc and open air summer disco.

Murcia, Lorca and Puerto Lumbreras in the Murcia province are just a short drive away.

Towels are only provided for use inside the holiday home. Please bring your own for the pool and at the beach.

Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage, but you can enjoy a smoke outside in the garden.

We can also rent out boogie boards, parasols, beach chairs, cool boxes, arm bands etc for a small charge to save you "buying and dumping" your own.

Also just incase you run out of any essentials during your stay we always carry a back up stock of various food and drinks as well as BBQ supplies etc to purchase.

Conditions

Our checking in and out times depend on whether we have guests staying before or after you on the same day.

We have a secure place for you store your luggage and for you to relax etc if your flights arrive earlier or depart later. We are happy to accommodate your needs.

If we do have guests before you then we would prefer you to arrive after 3.30pm and leave by 11.00am on your day of departure to enable us to carry out our cleaning duties.

The amazing Feria / Fiesta in Pulpi is around the 28th of September and the one in Huercal Overa starts on the 18th October.

A deposit of 50% is required within 10 working days of the email confirmation from us to guarentee the accommodation .

The remaining 50% must be paid upon your arrival in Euros along with a 100 pound or 100 Euro security deposit before the keys are supplied. Refundable on day of leaving.
