DO NOT BE WORRIED ABOUT OUR CHEAP SPANISH HOLIDAY PRICES, WE JUST WANT TO OFFER A BARGAIN FAMILY HOLIDAY IN ALMERIA, SPAIN, JUST 20 MINUTES DRIVE TO SAN JUAN DE LOS TERREROS.
A holiday home where you can feel relaxed and at home as well as on holiday. If you prefer a peaceful, relaxing Spanish self catering family holiday in a clean & tidy villa, set in beautiful countryside, with plenty to keep the family & kids busy and only short drives from the towns, beaches golf courses and nightlife etc then this is the place for you. Whether on a relaxing, rambling / walking, golfing holiday or looking for a Spanish property Almeria / Murcia is a great place to be.
Casa Ana is one of two lovingly reformed, adjoinging farmhouse / cortijo holiday home apartments set in beautiful and tranquil countryside with 360 degree mountain and valley views between the towns of Huercal Overa and Pulpi which are 10 minutes away and 20 minutes to Urcal and the sandy beaches of San Juan de Los Terreros and 35 minutes to Mojacar.
If you prefer to have total privacy then the one bedroomed apartment next door can be rented by you at a reduced cost.(please also see reference 20016 - one bed apartment below)
Access to the holiday property is excellent being less than a mile on a flat road from the main road to the towns and seaside.
We also offer a taxi service to the local towns, villages, beaches, restaurants or attractions etc for a reasonable price enabling you to pop out for a drink and not have to use your car.
This cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms, a double, a twin and a third bedroom with bunk beds. There is an open plan living, dining room and kitchen. The bathroom also has a shower over the bath. A cot and other items are available for babies and toddlers on request.
The inside of the house and patio area are all on one level with four steps leading down to the garden and pool (not shared with the owners).
The two apartments have their own private facilities including a large private fenced garden with swings, slide, swing ball etc(so the kids can play whilst you relax) swimming pool (3.7m x 3.7m x 1.2 metre+ deep (so no diving) - safer for the kids and elderly, bbq, trees, patio areas, parking etc.
Something extra for the children is the many petting animals including, goats, chickens, ducks, turkey, dogs, cats, tortoises, rabbits, guinea pigs etc. Do not worry the owners look after them, but you can pet and feed them. A number of horse riding stables are nearby.
If you prefer to have the place to yourselves, please ask about booking both apartments at a reduced price.
Free wireless internet access and a complimentary welcome pack is provided in the price.

The Costa de Almeria region

Almeria also provides numerous features and facilities including great sandy beaches, beautiful countryside ideal for wildlife lovers, ramblers, walkers ranging from amazingly green mountain ranges to dry arid desert landscapes, a variety of wildlife, lovely and historic Spanish towns and villages, golfing, water parks, scuba diving, horseriding, go-karting, markets, shops, cinemas, bowling alleys, discos, 4x4 off-roading, rambling, walking, bird watching holidays etc
The Mini-Holliwood Cowboy and Zoo theme park is just a drive away where many of the Spaghetti westerns like "A fist full of dollars" were filmed
The house is also located near the boarder of the Murcia province so the busy cities of Lorca, Murcia and Aguilas are just a short drive away.
Huercal-Overa / El Saltador area
Huercal Overa is a historic and bustling Spanish town only 10 minutes from the holiday home and has a Monday market, many shops, restaurants, bars, children's parks and play areas, sports centre, tennis courts, a mini zoo, cinema, theatre, churches, hospital, many doctors, chemists, Internet cafes, disco, swimming pool, stables, football stadium, bus station, schools and everything you would expect from a large town.
The new Hipica Almanzora Camping / Horse riding stables is just 5 minutes away between Pulpi & Guazamara.
Pulpi Town is less than 10 minutes drive.

There are many major golf courses including Mundo Aguilon(15 Minutes), Mojacar Marina de La Torres, Valle del Este, Cortijo Grande, Desert Springs near Cuevas del Almanzora and Lorca Golf Resort all within 40 muinutes of the house.
The countryside is very popular for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and painters.
El Saltador and San Fransisco are 5 mintes drive away and have two bars, bakers, school, church, parks, doctors and horse riding stables.
Pulpi is a good sized town 10 minutes away on the way to the seaside and has numerous facilities including a Bars, restaurants, Wednesday market, train station to both Aguilas, Lorca and Murcia.
San Juan de Los Terreros with a Sunday market is 20 minutes away and has a fantastic coastline with many sandy beaches, an impressive maritime walk, beach bars, restaurants, discoteque and a castle.
Aguilas is 30 minutes away and is a large seaside town with every facility including a Saturday market.
Almendricos is 15 minutes away with bars, shops etc and open air summer disco.
The lively seaside towns of Mojacar, Garrucha and Vera are all approx. 30 to 40 minutes away.
Murcia, Lorca and Puerto Lumbreras in the Murcia province are just a short drive away.
Albox, Arboleas, Zurgena and Alfoquia are about 20 to 30 minutes away.

Towels are only provided for use inside the holiday home. Please bring your own for use around the pool and at the beach.
Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage, but outside is ok.
We can also rent out boogie boards, parasols, beach chairs, cool boxes, arm bands etc for a small charge to save you "buying and dumping" your own.
Also just incase you run out of any essentials during your stay we always carry a back up stock of various food and drinks as well as BBQ supplies etc to purchase.

The holiday home will be available form 3.30pm on your day of arrival and you must vacate by 11.30am on your day of departure.

The amazing Feria / Fiesta in Pulpi is around the 28th of September and the one in Huercal Overa starts on the 18th October.
Rental price includes a complimentary welcome pack and free wireless internet access.
A deposit of 50% is required within 10 working days of the email confirmation from us to guarentee the accommodation . If the deposit is not received within this time we reserve the right to accept other bookings.
The remaining 50% must be paid upon your arrival in Euros along with a 100 pound or 150 Euro security deposit before the keys are supplied.
The security deposit is required to cover potential breakages, loss, damage or extra cleaning. The deposit will be returned after inspection on the last day less any deductions if neccessary.
Refunds are not normally given, so please be sure of your dates.
