La Grande Maison is a 3 storey town house situated on the edge of the town square of Huelgoat.The town itself has many restaurants, bars and creperies to suit all tastes. There are 2 supermarkets, a cinema and petrol station all of which are within an easy walk of the house.
The property has a large living room with comfortable settees. There is a t.v., dvd player and cd player with Ipod. There is a fully fitted kitchen with dining area that can seat up to 10.
Upstairs there are 4 very large bedrooms, two have king size beds the other two have double and single beds. There are three modern bathrooms and a downstairs w.c.
In the rear hall there is a separate entrance, ideal for storing bicycles, walking equipment etc.

The Brittany region
The Brittany region is for those who wish to explore the dramatic coastlines of Finistere, the Presqu'ile de Crozon and the Morbihan coast. There is over 600km of coastline with wonderful sandy beaches, rocky caves, dramatic cliffs, pretty harbours and off shore islands to visit.
There are medieval towns and thickly forested areas to discover by car or on foot. It is a land of proud traditions and culinary wealth where Breton culture is very much celebrated.
The port of Roscoff and the airport of Brest are easily accessible in under one hours drive.
Situated in the Parc D'Amorique, the town of Huelgoat sits beside a 15 hectare lake and is famous for its rock formations and caves in the forest, through which there are many walks.
The town has many amenities including traditional shops, 2 supermarkets, a choice of bars, restaurants and creperies. There is a cinema an outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, bicycle hire, horse riding, fishing, boating and golf nearby.
There is a traditional market held every Thursday morning throughout the year in the town square.
The local Tourist Information Centre has maps of the forest walks as well as all the other local attractions and information for the surrounding areas.
