The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en suite to the master bedroom), family room, separate formal lounge, dining room, breakfast room and kitchen. The large electric heated pools enjoy a secluded outlook, bathed in sunshine throughout the day.
The luxurious furnishings and facilities make this villa the perfect choice for your idyllic holiday. The villa has internet broadband, with wireless access. The pool area is furnished with luxury table, chairs and sun loungers, complete with padded cushions for your comfort. Inside the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need. The laundry room houses the washing machine and dryer, and the iron and ironing board. All linens and towels are provided, including beach/pool towels

The Florida / Florida Gulf Coast region
Away from the hussle and bustle of Orlando, but with lots to do and numerous restaurants. The Gulf Coast offers white sandy beaches with over 350 days of sunshine a year. There are many natural protected parks within easy drive.
Golf courses are a part of life here and there are numerous highly rated courses within the area. Shopping is another great pastime and there are numerous large malls and shopping outlets.
Hudson / Fairway Oaks area
Location Fairway Oaks, in Hudson, is set in a quiet exclusive residential area of the Gulf Coast, approximately 20 miles north of Clearwater. Close by are numerous beaches and wild life parks, golf courses, shopping malls, cinemas, crazy golf, go-carting, and restaurants too numerouse to mention. The nearest beach is less than 5 minutes drive and has a restaurant,bar and BBQ area. Visit the marina where you can rent boats and jet skis or arrange a fishing trip. Local supermarkets are within 2 minutes drive.
Attractions Local attractions within 45 minutes drive include the Greek community of Tarpon Springs, like stepping into a Greek village with numerous restaurants, sponge docks and an aquarium with sharks. See the mermaids, water park and wildlife at Weeki Wachee springs, just a short 20 minute drive. Visit famous Bush Gardens, with thrill rides and animal safaris, only a 40 minute drive. Busch Gardens also has a separate water park (similar to Wet'n'Wild). Also visit Homossasa home to the Florida Manatee. Orlando and all the Theme Parks of Disney and Universal studios are only a 90 minute drive away.
Recreation A large sports centre and park are situated nearby (2-3 minute drive) with tennis courts, swimming pool, children's play area, fitness track and basket ball. Fairway Oaks is situated on the Links Golf Course. There are numerous golf courses within a few miles which are open to the public and are all excellent. A round of golf including a Kart varies from around $20.
How to get there
Fly to either Tampa or Orlando airport. There are many budget airlines flying to Orlando, and most major airlines fly either direct or with a connection to both Tampa and Orlando.
Book a hire car, which is much cheaper if booked in the UK - try Airline Network who offer very competitive rates.
Pick up the car at the airport and the villa is only a short 35 minute drive from Tampa airport, or 2 hours from Orlando.

Further details indoors: The furnishings and linens are all constantly replaced, so the villa always looks like new, and the local maintenance company are always available if you need them.
Two bedrooms have queen size double beds and the third has 2 single beds. The master bedroom, the dining room, the kitchen and the family room all have access to the pool area.
The pool area is fully screened.
There are plasma screen TVs in the Family Room and Master Bedroom, both with DVD players. A large collection of DVDs and books together with some games.
Two seating areas, the formal lounge and the Family Room, both seat 6 and there are also two eating areas, the dining room and the breakfast area. Large American style fridge freezer that automatically dispenses ice and filtered water.
Beach chairs, cool boxes and Golf Clubs for your use.
All the bedrooms and the family room have ceiling fans, and there is a ceiling fan in the cover part of the pool area over the table and chairs.
Around the pool you will find sun loungers and table with 6 chairs, all with luxury padded covers. The pool is electrically heated with a large shallow end with roman steps to enter. There is also a large gas BBQ.

Conditions
The minimum rental period is 7 nights. Discount given for bookings of 3 weeks or more.
Non-refundable deposit of £150 with booking form to secure booking. Security deposit of £150 taken with final balance (which is payable 8 weeks prior to departure) and refunded two weeks after your return.

We had a great time the villa is beautiful, clean and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and more! We used it as a base for visiting other places on the Gulf Coast. Enjoyed a wander round the sponge factories at Tarpon Springs and had a boat trip out to Anclote Island. Would strongly recommend this villa to anyone wanting a peaceful holiday away from the theme parks although Busch Gardens is less than a hours drive away. - Mr & Mrs C. March 2008
Have just returned from the golf view villa,after spending a wonderful two weeks at Fairway Oaks,The description and photos given did not do justice to this wonderful house.Everything was beautiful in the house,pure luxury.The house is set in a quiet residential area,perfect for a relaxing holiday,but well situated for beach,shops and not to far from theme parks.The golf course is well maintained,with some challenging holes,we watched many golfers put balls in the water.The pool area is lovely with ample loungers and seats. We ate out in the area on several occasions and would recommend Outbacks steakhouse on the 19 and also,Sams at the Gulf View Mall,the food was lovely,the portions were huge,we brought out two full doggie bags. The owners of this house have thought of everything and would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings.We found the service we were given by the owners was second to none,everything was as it said and the directions given to us by pauline were perfect.
