Townhouse | 1 bedrooms | sleeps 4
Accessed from large sliding patio doors immediately overlooking the pool, this townhouse has a light, open-plan living/dining room with corner kitchen. The large picture windows offer views across palm trees to the side whilst at the front the villa overlooks the crystal clear water of the swimming pool - which is almost literally on your doorstep.
The living area has comfortable furniture comprising settee (this is a sofa bed therefore allows additional sleeping for up to 2 people) along with a single chair and large footstool. There is a TV & multi-region DVD player. There are side/lamp tables. There is also a large indoor/outdoor beanbag for more relaxed seating…however we feel this is best used on the roof terrace!
The dining area is furnished with a dining table and chairs to seat four for formal dining. This room has an air conditioning unit to cool (or heat!) the main living space.
The kitchen has a 2 ring electric hob with extractor over, a mini oven/grill and a fridge/freezer. There are wall and base units (housing a range of crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and serving dishes), a single bowl sink along with a breakfast bar and two stools. A toaster, rice cooker, kettle and wok are included. A door leads to the shower room.
The bedroom suite comprises a king size bed, matching bedside units, triple door wardrobe with mirror and dressing table with stool. This room also has an air conditioning unit. Large sliding patio doors lead out on to a private terrace measuring 10sq m and has a retractable washing line.
Doors from the living area and bedroom lead to the en-suite shower room. This has been fitted with a contemporary white suite comprising basin with mixer tap and WC. There is a large walk-in rainforest shower with hand held attachment.
At the side of the property a staircase leads to the 50sqm roof terrace with spectacular 360-degree views of the development, the soaring mountains of Sam Roi Yod National Park, palm tree-filled fields and glimpses of the Gulf of Thailand. The contemporary roof terrace comes complete with decking and a sail shade making it a perfect spot to catch the sun during the day. Sun loungers for use on the roof and at the pool can be found in the bedroom. For the evenings, there is low level lighting (switch located in the kitchen) making this a charming and peaceful spot to watch as the sun sets and silhouettes the mountain peaks as you listen to the gentle waves of the Gulf of Thailand just a few hundred metres away.

Only 45 minutes away Hua hin is developing into a world-class tourist destination and so are its golf courses. There are now 6 golf courses with the Black Mountain and Banyan golf courses being amongst the best.
Due to its status as a 'Royal Town', tourism authorities have been making a conscious effort to preserve the heritage of the city. However, there are several pubs, beer bars and a handful of nightclubs featuring live entertainment and spacious dance-floors

The Central Thailand/Bangkok region
Sam Roi Yod is one of Thailand's most spectacularly beautiful destinations. Home to white sandy beaches, coral reefs rich in marine life, the area is the very definition of paradise.
The verdant and tree-covered Khao Sam Roi Yod National Park that make up Pranburi area are located just 3 hours drive from Bangkok.
The idyllic islands and beaches, crystal water, picturesque limestone outcrops, tropical rain forest and protected national parks had gained the area a well-deserved reputation as one of Thailand's most beautiful places.
Just 250 kilometers south of Bangkok on the west coast of the Gulf of Thailand, Pranburi is easily accessible by road or rail. Pranburi has managed to retain its charm and is free of the sleaze that plagues many of Thailand's other beach destinations.
Pranburi is still that typical, idyllic and undisturbed beach destination that becomes nowadays unknown in Thailand.
As the location of the King of Thailand's summer palace, Hua Hin had always found favour with wealthy Bangkok Thais, long before it was discovered by Western tourists. Today it is not just a big city Thais slipping away for a weekend of clean air and fresh seafood that visit the town. Hua Hin is now squarely on the map as a premier holiday destination and is attracting visitors from around the world.
