From the owner

Villa Andalusia is a modern 3 bedroom (downstairs) or 5 bedroom (extra bedroom prices on request) self catering villa with a private pool/Jacuzzi. With Free WiFi. The villa is open planned, creating a light and airy environment, for comfortable living. All 5 Bedrooms have Air Conditioning, there are 3 Double bedrooms (1 double bedroom is upstairs via an outside staircase) and 2 Twin Bedrooms (1 bedroom is upstairs via an outside staircase), 2 of the double bedrooms have an ensuite. There is 2 Master bathrooms with hot water showering 1 upstairs 1 downstairs. Clean sheets and towels are provided at the start of your holiday and cleaned after your departure. There is a fully equipped european kitchen with a washing machine, fridge freezer, hob, water machine. An assortment of cooking utensils such as toaster, kettle, coffee machine and an assortment of cutlery, glasses and crockery will also be available. The dining table seats 6 people. Cot and highchair are availbale for use.Outside: private pool with jacuzzi, pool lighting, on the terrace there is a table and four chairs, outside lighting, plenty of room for sun bathing, longers and parasol. The Villa is set in its own fenced garden. You can either rent the downstairs only which is 3 bedrooms, prices as stated, or the whole villa which will be 5 bedrooms, prices on request. Added facilities:Pool cleaning 2 times weekly.Cable TVFree wireless internet access at the villa.There will be a meet & greet service at the villa, 40 units of electricity a day anything over this will be charged at 5 baht a unit. Getting from the Villa to Hua Hin town centre is easy, you can Hire a Car, catch a Tuk Tuk, Hire a Motor bikeA taxi.Check In time from 10am Check out time before 3pm

Why can't I call Neil (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Neil (the owner) a message.

If Neil (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
