Coconut trees in the gardens below and the oval-shaped design of the building enhance the feeling of privacy and peacefulness.

Pool and garden areas are very private and beautifully maintained, and never overcrowded.

In addition to the main Swimming Pool, Swimming pools are also located in Buildings 2 & 3.

A gym and fitness room (cycling, weights, etc) is located on the second floor of Building 2.

All facilities are maintained to a very high standard.

Khao Takiab Hill, also called Monkey Mountain on account of it's colony of monkeys, is 250mtrs directly in front of the apartment, and a small fishing inlet and village lies in between. The two long sandy beaches and coastline are to each side of the hill.

A large open-plan area contains the lounge, kitchen and dining areas.

A quiet access road leads to Takiab (lower) Beach, a two-minute walk or 250mtrs away.

Hua Hin (upper) beach is an 800mtr walk in the direction of the Fishing Village.

Monkey Mountain, Horse-riding and Water-sports on the beach are all within walking distance.

8 world class Golf courses are located around Hua Hin and the new Ocean View Golf Course is only 800mtrs away.

Noted for it's atmosphere of peace, tranquillity and warm Thai hospitality, Hua Hin is an upmarket Tourist area, with well over 1ml visitors per year. It's micro-climate makes it probably the driest region in Thailand, September and October seeing occasional rainy days.

Hua Hin is 240km south of Bangkok Airport. An Airport Shuttle bus makes 5 trips per day in each direction.

The Central Thailand/Bangkok region

As the main residence of the King of Thailand, Hua Hin is regarded as Thailand's Royal City.

It's population consists of about 80,000 Thais plus 3,000 to 5,000 ex-pats, mainly from Europe and England. It is located approximately 240km (150 miles) south of Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport.

Interesting tours can be arranged locally - such as Waterpark, Waterfalls, National Parks, Caves, Beaches, Floating Markets, Boat Trips and Fishing – and even a Vineyard.

Pa La-U Waterfall(s). You can walk to three levels (carefully!). There are many fish in each of the 3 pools - the third pool is best for swimming (with the fish!).

Khao Tao Wat and Sai Noi Beach is a beautiful location just south of Suan Son Beach. This is about 6km south of Khao Takiab.

A visit to Rashnee Thai Silk Village is very interesting, and free. It is located at the north end of Naebkhehars Road in Hua Hin town.

Thai Dancing Shows are available nightly at two Restaurants: Sasi Restaurant near Takiab Village, and also in Hua Hin Night Market.

Black Mountain Water Park is located about 10km from Hua Hin. It is fitted out with the highest quality, modern & exciting equipment, all operated to the highest safety standards.

Hua Hin vineyard and restaurant is a 40-minute drive away, in the direction of to Pa La-U Waterfall. It is a very popular day trip and can easily be combined with other nearby attractions on the route to Pa La-U Waterfall, such as Wat Huay Mongkol. The vineyard is set in a beautiful area just 35 kilometres west of Hua Hin, and enjoys superb views across the surrounding countryside.

Visit the monkeys on Monkey Mountain, or enjoy horse-riding and water-sports on the beach.

Hua Hin

Hua Hin town has a large Night-Market famous for its excellent Seafood Restaurants and Souvenir Shops. The Market Village Shopping Centre also has many Souvenir Shops and Restaurants.

Getting around Hua Hin could not be easier with taxis, motorcycle taxis, tuk tuks, buses, minivans and sawngthaews to choose from.

Interesting tours can be arranged locally - such as waterfalls, national parks, caves, beaches, boat trips and fishing – and even a vineyard.

Monkey Mountain, Horse-riding and Water-sports on the beach are all within walking distance of Jamchuree.

There are 8 world class Golf courses located around Hua Hin and the new Ocean View Golf Course is only 800mtrs distance from Jamchuree.

Several good restaurants are located on the beach or within walking distance of Jamchuree.

"Good pool and close to beach"
