Through the imposing wrought iron entrance of this stunning Grade II listed terracotta building, you'll find the penthouse on the second floor accessible via lift or stairs. Not just beautiful, this development of luxury apartments is safe and secure.
The moment you get to the large front door of the Penthouse, you know you are in for something special. Behind the door is a white corridor with industrial corrugated iron stairs, leading to an expanse of oak-flooring opening out to a huge living/entertaining area. The décor has been carefully chosen to be funky and cosy with an Arabian feel. The original ceiling and floor beams give the penthouse its remarkable character and charm. There are plenty of board games to keep you entertained as well as a large flat screen TV and table football game!
Off to the left of the living area is a flight of chunky wooden stairs leading up to a beautiful mezzanine area kitted out with muslin drapes and futons. This can be used to chill-out or as a third bedroom accommodating up to eight guests. Ceiling blinds have been installed throughout and plentiful drapes give each futon individual privacy.
The kitchen is fully equipped with luxury units and appliances. A large 10-seater dining table makes this property ideal for dining and entertaining.
The bedrooms are both stylish and fun. Bedroom 1 has a skylight, mirrored wardrobes and a large flat-screen TV. Bedroom 2 has its own en suite shower room with basin and WC. There is an additional bathroom located in the corridor.
Excellent for a group of friends or a large family.
A NOTE ABOUT NOISE…
Sorry but we cannot accept stag/all male groups for this property. None of our properties are suitable for rowdy groups and we respectfully ask that noisy activities are held in the many venues nearby.

Your Brighton Holiday rules:
Security/breakage deposit: This is paid as a pre authorisation and is taken prior to arriving at the apartment. The cost is £1000 and if taken from a debit card the funds will be taken for between 3-10 days, if taken from a credit card the funds are just held on account for between 3-10 days. No guest can stay without paying. Any questions please ask.
Pets are accepted but only after speaking to YBH for approval and subject to an extra cost prior to booking.
Check in is from 3-6pm and check out is 11am. If you require an early check in or late check out the cost is £40 per change. We try and accommodate all guests as much as humanly possible. Prior to arrival we arrange a check in time. If this is exceeded by 30 minutes or we are not called and notified there can be a waiting fee. We try to accommodate all our guests and don't like to disappoint but we hope that all guests respect that we are busy and have other bookings too. Please try not to be late.
Extra guests are charged at £50 each and the guests information that is sent directly from YBH Ltd after the booking has to be completed and returned 2 weeks prior to arrival. All guests booking within two weeks have to return the information 48 hours prior to arrival.
On arrival you will sign the pre authorisation and the noise policy/breakage document. Your deposit will be at risk if any of the rules are broken. If you are a stag or hen do we also have to be notified upon booking. If we find out after the booking is made we reserve the right to cancel the booking and take the monies paid to date including all commissions.
Please ensure that you have holiday travel insurance for when you book, just in case a situation arises.
Lastly thanks you for booking and we welcome you with our meet and greet service. Please call the Property Manager 15 minutes prior to arrival.

"Great location, great accommodation"
