The house which has a tranquil feel opens onto a 50 metre garden which offers privacy and a place to relax. The house offers two large reception rooms and two bathrooms - one with a bath. The house is only 10 minutes walk to Hove station with two fast links to London each hour.

The City of Brighton and hove is on the coast and renown for is beautiful architecture and the world famous Pavilion. The City is approximately one hour from London by train and is popular with tourists for its beauty, arts and restaurants.
Within 10 minutes of leaving the City you can be walking through meadows, woodlands and hills. It is 40 minutes from the famous Seven Sisters cliffs and Beachy Head and is situated on the edge of the South Downs National Park. The area has an abundance of interesting walks, quaint villages, country pubs, historic buildings and monuments. Visit historic Arundel amd Lewes and the ancient port of Rye. For children there are smugglers caves at Hastings, Druscilla's childrens Zoo at Alfriston and two large theme parks within an hours drive of the city.
