This Brighton & Hove Holiday Apartment, is a very spacious, raised ground floor, 2 bed, 2 bath apartment sleeping maximum of 9 people, set within a Regency mansion in Albany Villas, 5 minutes walk from Hove Lawns, the Seafront promenade ,beach & sea & also about 3 minutes from shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, everything you need is within easy reach.

Impressive bright sunny living /dining room, entrance hallway, fitted kitchen with breakfast table, family bathroom, master bedroom sleeping 4 (with double sofa bed and Zip and link bed that can be a double or twin on request) en-suite shower room, smaller double (or twin) bedroom, good size walled garden laid to lawn also with patio for outdoor dining and a VERY RARE CAR PARKING SPACE for one family car! This apartment ticks all the boxes for a visit to Brighton & Hove!

The apartment has been newly refurbished, with new carpets, freshly painted walls, new beds, furniture & curtains. The south east facing garden is surprisingly large & has a table and chairs for al-fresco dining and relaxation The RARE off road parking space for a family saloon size will save money on parking which is around £10 a day in the area.

This apartment is a fabulous choice for a family or group of friends wanting to book a short break in the vibrant City of Brighton & Hove.

The apartment is accessed via a short flight of steps up to the Regency Mansion front door & located all on one level on the raised ground floor of this Edwardian Villa, with steps down to the garden & patio.

The spacious central entrance hallway provides the central point and access to the impressive spacious sunny Living /Dining room measuring approx 18 x 16 ft . with dining table to seat 8-10 people with 3 sofa beds ( to sleep 3 adults comfortably or 2 small adults or children at a squeeze), rugs, TV and Wi fi. internet access, and access to the master bedroom, family bathroom & kitchen.


The master Quad bedroom (sleeps 4) with double 'zip and link' bed which can be set as 2 singles if you prefer, (please state your preference at the time of booking) There is also a double sofa bed in this bedroom which is located to the rear of the building. Hanging space for your clothes.

This bedroom has its own en-suite shower room with single shower cubicle, WC and wash basin and shelves for your toiletries.


The smaller bright & sunny second bedroom is located off the inner lobby & accessed via the kitchen, the inner lobby leads to a flight of steps leading down to the patio & large garden, ideal for lazy summer afternoons and relaxation.

The second bedroom is a lovely bright double room with double 'zip and link' bed which can be set as a double (on request) or as twins. Sleeps 2.


Off the hallway, there is a door to the family bathroom with white fixtures & fittings: bath with shower over, WC and wash basin, & neutral wall tiles.


There is a further door off the hallway to the kitchen/ breakfast room with wood units, and black worktops. The kitchen window over looks the good sized walled garden. The kitchen has Hob/Oven/Washing machine, slimline dishwasher, fridge/ freezer and is fully equipped for your self catering needs. Table & chairs is provided for that early morning coffee.

The apartment has a very rare off road parking space

Albany Villas Holiday Apartment is located only a stone's throw from Hove seafront and the hub of Central hove with its amenities, bars and cafe culture.

Brighton offers a fantastic mix of attractions, famous nightlife, award winning restaurants, funky arts, culture & all year round festivals.

Nestling between the South Downs & the sea on the stunning south coast, Brighton has everything from Regency heritage to beachfront cool.


Hove is the best kept secret of Brighton, the seafront is a great place to escape to, away from the hustle and bustle of Brighton but near enough to catch the vibes. Just being by the sea is great and made all the prettier by the Hove beach huts in their array of colours. It doesn't feel like a tourist area, but has a laid-back, village or notting hill type atmosphere.

The promenade attracts roller-bladers, baby buggies and dog walkers. There are football games , family picnics on the grassy areas, and an area for playing boules or just generally chilling out.

Because of all this activity, its great to stop at the open-air cafe's and watch the world go by or admire the old regency buildings along the front.
