If a stunning apartment in a great location is what you are looking for, then look no further than the Star of Brunswick. This two bedroom apartment can sleep up to six guests and provides two bathrooms.

A stone’s throw away from the beach and Hove Lawns, you are in the perfect location for a stroll down the promenade, relaxing by the sea and exploring all that Brighton and Hove has to offer.

Once a pub, The Star of Brunswick has been transformed into an immaculate apartment with many impressive features including glass flooring in the second bedroom and contemporary décor throughout.


The Star of Brunswick benefits from its own private front door entrance, large open plan living area, two good sized bedrooms, two bathrooms and an outdoor patio area.

As you go in, the bedrooms are on the ground floor. Both bedrooms are of a very good size and one has an en-suite wet room. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom provides a zip and lock bed so can be turned into a double or two singles, depending on your preference.

The staircase goes from the front door and down to the living area which has a light and airy lounge with access to a small patio/terrace. To the left is the large kitchen area which is fully fitted with integrated appliances. It also has a dining table and chairs, kitchen breakfast bar and, in our opinion, is suitable for any dinner party.

In addition to the two bedrooms, the sofa in the living area opens out into another double bed, allowing the property to sleep six guests.

It is immaculate throughout with bright white walls and all hi-spec fittings and appliances - you really could move straight in or use as a perfect holiday home.

The Star of Brunswick is a15- 20 minute walk into the centre of Brighton. Hove Station is a 15 minute walk and Brighton station approximately 25 minutes.

This is a brilliant location as buses run from here to everywhere in Brighton, Hove and the surrounding areas. Both Brighton and Hove shopping centres are within a short walking distance and there is a plenty of independent cafes, bars, delis and restaurants right on the doorstep.


There is a two night minimum stay at weekends during the peak season due to high demand, however on occasions we do have the odd night available last minute, so please enquire.

You will be met on arrival by a property manager who will show you around and give you keys.

Security/breakage deposit: This is paid as a pre authorisation and is taken prior to arriving at the apartment. The cost is £300 and if taken from a debit card the funds will be taken for between 3-10 days, if taken from a credit card the funds are just held on account for between 3-10 days. No guests can stay without paying. Any questions please ask.

Pets are accepted but only after speaking to YBH for approval and subject to an extra cost prior to booking. If pets have been found to stay without permission the full deposit will be taken.

Check in is from 3-6pm and check out is 11am. If you require an early check in or late check out the cost is £40 per change. We try to accommodate all our guests as much as possible, however, we hope that all guests respect that we are busy and have other bookings too. Please try not to be late.

On arrival you will sign the pre authorisation and the noise policy/breakage document. Your deposit will be at risk if any of the rules are broken. If you are a hen do we also have to be notified upon booking. If we find out after the booking is made we reserve the right to cancel the booking and take the monies paid to date including all commissions.

Please ensure that you have holiday travel insurance for when you book, just in case a situation arises.

We will welcome you with our meet and greet service at the property so please call the Property Manager 15-20 minutes prior to arrival.

"Exactly What we Needed"

All we needed was a place to stay for six people, for one night. This was perfect. Hotels in the area were all £200 a night for a double room and most of them also wanted a minimum 2 night stay so the costs would have been astronomical. Not only did this place work out costing us a little over £50 each, it is decorated to an excellent standard and is very modern inside. Its very close to the beach and a short taxi to the main bars. You're also just off Western St anyway. Great location, Great place and great price considering what else is on offer. I will certainly be using Holiday Lettings in the future. If there was one thing that was slightly annoying its the late check in and early check out times though. We had to be out by 10am. Could've done with a couple more hours to sleep off the booze! Brighton is a great place to party though.

"Luxury home away from home!"

We stayed in this modern luxury flat in Hove over the weekend of 7-9 June 2013. It truly was a wonderful weekend away & this accommodation made all the difference. It was very well located to all the amenities that we required. It is very well equipped & we didn't need for anything. The flat was once a bar & the features have been put to good use to give this flat quirkiness. It was also great value for money and the flexibility meant we were not required to stay a set amount of nights We will definitely return to this little gem as it was a great find!!
