This is a great property for a young family holiday. There is ample space for the children and adults to relax whatever the weather. The nearest beach is 1.2 miles away, it is a 5 miniute drive to the Brighton ring road (A27) with excellent access to the South Downs, other coastal towns or North to Ashdown Forest and The Weald.There is space for two cars to park off road.
The property is a 12 minute walk to Hove train station with excellent links to Gatwick & London. More locally a 1 minute walk to the bus stop from which buses go every 10 minutes into Hove & Brighton.
It is very well placed 2 mins walk to a large park with tennis courts, children's play areas and occasionally a miniature railway comes to life. Across the road is a gym which offers pay per attend classes of all kinds as well as squash courts or if you fancy watching rather than participating, the greyhound stadium is on hand which is free on a Sunday lunch time.

This is a great property for a young family holiday. There is ample space for the children and adults to relax whatever the weather. The spacious kitchen/dining area is well equipped with seating for 7, a piano and views over the garden so you can keep an eye on the junior generation!
In addition, on the ground floor there is a living room complete with cable TV which has two sofas and a single arm chair and a good sized south facing room which doubles as a play room (also containing the sofa bed)
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed, there are two single beds in the second bedroom and a single bed in third smaller bedroom.
The property has two toilets. There is a bath and shower in the main bath room upstairs and a shower room downstairs.

Doors from the kitchen open onto a south facing decked area with outside table with chairs & parasol. This leads (past the 7 seater hot tub) into the largely grassed garden which has a small children's trampoline (dug in so you bounce at the same level as the ground) surrounded by some hedges and trees. There is an wooden swing chair placed so that you can enjoy the last of the sun's rays.

Sussex is a county of contrasts - in east you have Hastings and Battle, the scene of the Norman invasion in 1066, to the North lies London easily accessible by train with so much to offer every taste, to the West is historic Arundel and on to Chichester. And of course the county is bordered on its south side by the English Channel with a variety of resorts and beaches from the vast sands of Camber to the rock pools that form at low tide from Brighton marina heading eastwards to the bustling beaches of Brighton.
