Entrance on street level, via front porch. Impressive large reception hallway leading to spacious kitchen, lounge ,dining room and conservatory through to large rear garden. There is a downstairs cloakroom with wash hand basin and WC accessed from the hallway. Three bedrooms, large ensuite shower room and family shower room on first floor. Further large attic room with en-suite bathroom on second floor.

"Good value, easy access to city centre and plenty of space"

Good value, easy access to city centre and plenty of space. The title says it all really. Only downside was that the patio door didn't open because there's scafolding up at the moment.
