The property is built in the centre of a large garden with room for all outside living activities. Villa Gazelles is close to the world famous Hossegor surfing beaches and the old port of Capbreton, with all of their cafes and restaurants. Spain and the Pyrenees are within an hours drive.

The Aquitaine / Dordogne / Landes region
The Landes is a heavily pine forested region, together with cork oaks and magnolia, the forest trails are extensive and free to all, bicycles are an ideal mode of transport. The beaches are enormous and stretch from the Spanish border to the south to the estuary of the Gironde more than 200 kilometres north.
Close by to the property are the Hossegor surf beaches, that host some of the surfing world championships. At least ten excellent golf courses are within 40 mins drive, Golf d'Hossegor less than a kilometre. San Sebastien and the Pyrenees are an easy hour's drive, with their shops, beaches, restaurants and walks.
Hossegor area
The ancient city of Bayonne built around the confluence of the river's Adour and Nive is a must for its narrow streets and the true Basque feel. Biarritz with its international influence and many activities, is close by.
The city of Dax is the sous-prefecture city of the Landes, it is a centre of the 'cure' with it's many facilities for treatments and mineral bathing.

By air - to Biarritz with Ryan air, or Bordeaux with flybe. By car - we are approximately 150Kms south of Bordeaux By Train - to Dax or Biarritz via TGV

Further details indoors: The villa is accessed by wide double opening french windows. The front entrance leads to the sitting area, dining area, and the hall, which leads to the bedrooms, bathrooms and WC's. The rear entrance leads to the kitchen, which is also accessable to the dining area, (there are two small steps down to the fully fitted kitchen). The en-suite bedroom includes a double bedroom size dressing room that can be used as a third bedroom, for family groups. Both bedrooms have queen size beds, and each can be split into two singles, if required. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with bath, WC, and wash hand basin. The Shower room is off the hall and is fitted with a large shower, WC and washhand basin.
Further details outdoors: The multi-facing private garden has room for parking 3/4 vehicles, with plenty of space for both sun-bathing and shady lounging. Garden furniture for more than six persons.

Strictly no smoking inside the property Refundable breakages deposit of £300 required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). 25% of rental fee due on booking to secure. Balance due six weeks before arrival.
